Description of Work: Services were okay I was a little hesitant because they don't call and let you know that they're coming before they arrive they do give you an automated alert several days before but you don't ever really know if they show up or not they don't leave any invoice or any evidence that they ever came so you only have evidence that they were there if you don't have pests which is not necessarily reliable I wish they would add some type of way of knowing for the customer the services were actually provided I have trusted them and when I felt that they were not there or if I saw ants or other pests in my yard I will call them back and ask them to come back out which they were very accommodating

 + -1 moreI had been happy with Reliant for about two years, until another company came along with a better offer. They were offering the same services plus cleaning off cobwebs and hornets nests. I spoke with Reliant about the same package of service, and they said that I was supposed to be getting this already. I ended up switching my pest control company. This was really the only issue I had with my experience.
