Mike and Anthony were so patient with this project. As it turns out, the Vizio soundbar was defective. Mike spoke with several people at Vizio, which was no simple task. He coordinated what Vizio needed to get the defective soundbar replaced - again no small task. He finally found out what I needed to do to get a replacement. It's "in the mail" as we speak. Mike did not charge me for installation but did charge for the service call which was only fair and more than reasonable. These 2 guys were professional, friendly and went over and above what anyone would expect. Thumbs up!
