PREMIER

After a bad experience with another company, Premier came out and gave us a very complete and detailed bid specifically calling out options and their respective costs. They performed the work in a timely manner and ended up doing a few 'extra' items that had not specific in their bid. Every day they left the area completely clean and the job was done on time. It exceeded our expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

Salesman came out. I told him what I would like to do. He told me that for $500 they would do up a plan and submit it to me. I told him that was fine...to go ahead. He told me that someone would come out to inspect the premises and do up a plan for the project. I was to pay at that time. He told me someone would contact me. He left. I never saw him again, nor anyone else from the company. No one ever called me to follow up...nothing. One year and counting.

Horrible. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Deceiving in terms of what they actually do by making us think they provide complete services in patio/landscape construction. In reality all they do is the paving part. They missed two appointments with us to pick out a fountain and the tile which led them to build the wrong pedestal for the fountain which then had to be torn out. They did not check on underground utilities before proceeding. It took weeks to complete and it took months to fix two errors and apply sealer and still they did not correct one. They led us to believe that installing the sealer over the slate tile was part of the contract but when it was done charged another $500 without telling us this was extra. Unresponsive and rude on top of everything else. In short very bad experience. I don't even want them to come back to fix one of the things they forgot. I will do myself.

The first bathroom looks great except there are still paint touch ups to do and a new door needs to be installed. This project began in August of 2006! The master bath is unfinished. Project began with demo of bathtub and shower in December. A walk in shower was built and the tiling is done. I gave Rick a $4,000 advance and he has never called me back. The glass company that installed the first shower door sent me a bill, which, Rick later paid but the check bounced. The plumber has not been paid either and Rick has not returned my calls for over 4 weeks.

THIS IS A CHRISTIAN OWNED COMPANY THAT DOES QUALITY WORK AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY GARDENS LOOK GREAT!
