This was one of the most professional and courteous service that I have had in a very long time. On time, everyone pleasant, went to work immediately - no loafing around. Charming and knowledgeable staff made me feel well cared for. Warranty is transferrable and covers everything. Definitely recommend this company.

Had all the original windows replaced with insulated windows. Power Home did such a good job and their windows are high quality and look great. I had them replace the front door as well. The door looks way better than the old one. The crew was professional, polite and friendly.. This is a great company to do business with.

Everything was awesome! They get a B on price simply because while I understand the value of what I paid for, my roof is the equivalent of buying a new truck with all the bells and whistles! The company knocked on our door and asked if they could come by to do a free inspection at a later date, and a time/date was set. We were doubly interested as they did gutters and we didn't have any. They came by on Sunday and got a very thorough inspection inside and out on how our roof was. Having purchased the home a year ago, they pretty much gave us the same info as our home inspector, and nothing was new or shocking. e got a very detailed sales pitch on the company, on the product, on why the product was better than most roofing products, why the warranty is better. And with a 50 year warranty, I had better never have to purchase another roof. They followed up with us after we agreed to purchase to schedule the install and got us in much sooner than planned. They removed the old roof, replaced some of the plywood as needed, fixed some beams that were splitting, and installed the new roof in one day. The gutters were installed a week later. They followed up with us to make sure we were happy with how everything went, and one downspout was in a funky place and would have eroded under my sidewalk in a year and they came back and redid the angle of the downspout later that week. It's pricy, but I should never have to replace the roof in my lifetime, and feel the work was done correctly and professionally. Be prepared for a lengthy sales pitch, so make sure you have several hours, eat first and don't be hungover or it will seem much longer! We weren't able to afford the radient barrier at the time of the original sales pitch, but it is on our radar and something we will be saving for. We were able to finance the project, which helped knowing we needed to replace the roof, but not yet ready to commit as it wasn't yet a true problem.

At first I was concerned that the price was too high. However was surprised by the quality of the windows and the expert installation. The windows look beautiful.

Andrew and company were great to work with. They were honest and up front with all the costs and answered all of my questions. They were very professional and followed up on when they said they would and most importantly they dealt with the HOA so I did not have to.

I've done a lot of remodeling on my home with various contractors, and Power is by far the best experience of them all. Very efficient and friendly, great time and financial flexibility, and a wonderful one-and-done mentality backed up by their warranties.

The installation process was very smooth. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves very well. One screen was made a little small and the quality inspector immediately flagged it and scheduled a replacement.

Very expensive. Did not allow the work to continue.

Great job. Crew was on time, responsive and well priced. QA agent showed up after completion to ensure job was correct. Scheduling agent came out before job to ensure measurements were correct.

We have been paying for windows from another dealer one at a time. A representative from Power explained their windows to us and we decided to finish the rest of the windows with them. The price was about half of what we paid for the windows already installed. The installers were great and explained how to use the windows. The windows are great and are the type that you can tilt and clean the top and bottom. This was an extremely pleasant experience. We are very happy with these windows and actually like them better than the previous ones we got.

After the job was completed I noticed after they left that some of the caulking on the door was wonky and I called. The next morning the project manager drove almost an hour to redo the caulking first thing in the morning. I would highly recommend power home remodeling for any home remodeling needs you may have.

Work went extremely well. We have been working our way around the house replacing all our window. Last year they replaced all our windows on one side of the house and this year we used them again for the back. Very professional and respectable company. In both experiences, they maintained their schedules, provided excellent service. They arrived as scheduled, immediately went to work, removed the old and replaced the new windows. Entire crew was professional, courteous and efficient. Finished their work, cleaned up with minimum disruption. We will be using them again to complete our window replacement program around the entire house.

We had our 3 largest widows replaced along with our kitchen window above the sink. It was a big job. It took 3 or 4 workmen less than a half of a day to install all the windows, clean up, put everything back in it's place, leave me with the paperwork that I needed, and leave. The work was so quiet that I couldn't even believe they were here working and the workmen were so polite. We still have windows to replace and they will definitely be replacing those windows for us. They did an absolute beautiful job and the windows are top quality.

I meet with some of this company at the Houston Home and Garden show. I was in the process of quoting a re-roofing project that I am paying for personally, not insurance. The Sales Manager confirmed that one of his team was in the areas near my house Monday and scheduled an appointment. They had us call the call center and confirm the appointment. Something odd is that they insisted that both husband and wife attend. My wife thought this sounded like time share sales. However we confirmed for Monday evening at 6:30 pm. On Monday I got a robo call confirming the appointment. An hour later I got a call form an Anthony who was very rude. First I needed to clarify who he was and then when I tried to ask question he became very rude. He kept insisting my wife be there. She is tonight so I confirmed and let him know that he sounded like a time-share sales person. He then started on how the sales person would leave me a quote and financing details, etc. they started asking about credit. I told them again this is already funded. This is the 3rd (Third) confirmation of our appointment on Monday. An hour later I get a Voice Mail Message from Colleen saying sorry but they have no staff in the area and that they are canceling the appointment. This is only a couple hours form the time of the appointment. I called the company and explained the situation to the rep. They said they had no people but could reschedule for the next night. Well I already have plans so I said no. I asked about time slots during the day. They had a 1:00 pm slot and when i tried to book that they insisted my wife be present. When I said she would not be, they refused to set the appointment. The decision on the roof is 100% mine. My wife told them that on Saturday when we made the apointment. I also offered to get a statement from her that the roof appointment and decision was 100% mine. They refused and insisted she has to be there. Too many red flags for me. Buyer beware, this is obviously high pressure sales. If you want to sit for a sales presentation, go ahead. However, for me there are too many quality roofers on Angie's list that act professionally. STEER CLEAR of this one.

I had an excellent experience with window replacement.

From the moment the first rep, Sean, walked in the door until the time the install crew finished, we have been extremely satisfied. Knowing that these amazing custom (and affordable) windows will have a lifetime warranty on them makes us feel so much better especially having young children and big, clumsy dogs. Power is always there to make sure that you are 100% satisfied and to answer any questions you may have. They were courteous, professional and very efficient in the installation of the windows. The entire staff made sure that they introduced themselves to me and let me know that they were available to answer any questions that I may have. The project manager called during the install to make sure that things were going ok. He also came over after the install to make sure that all of my questions were answered and to go over the features of the windows and to explain the warranty. All in All from the first visit to the completion of the project Power Home's staff was the BEST!!!

Every step of the process was easy. The salesman Blayne was awesome. Installers were respectful, professional and thorough. Great experience altogether.
