I am very happy with them. They were prompt and did a very good job. They kept us informed about the status of work every now and then. They did exactly what they said they would.

I phoned to make an appointment for the next day. I was given a time that the technician would call on the day of the appointment between 7 and 9 am to give a more precise time. I received the call at 7:15 am, with a time window of 10-12 for the service call. He arrived at 10:20 am and was quickly able to give an estimate for the job after inspecting the needed work. He was willing to replace only the broken spring, but I opted to replace both at the same time. The work was done quickly and professionally. Besides the broken springs, he also screwed down a loose support beam on the lower panel of the door that occasionally interfered with the safety sensor, stopping the door from closing. There was no additional labor charge, just a few cents for the screws he used. The service call took less than 30 minutes. Billing was done on site. There was no problem with a printed coupon from the website for 20% off labor. Note: there's no indication from the phone representative that there might be discounts available, but it is easily seen from their web site. Overall, clearly I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service. I would definitely use them again.

They were punctual and they did a good job. They were excellent and I wouldn?t use anyone else.

Our garage door was making a loud pop noise when shutting, also having trouble with sensors. Mr. Hall came out and evaluated the problem, right away he was able to determine that I simply needed to replace the rollers; this stopped the pop noise. Also the sensor was tested and replaced. The problem was fixed alot faster than I had expected.

I called the office at 9:00 on a Monday morning and described the problems. They said someone would be out between 10:00 and 12:00. The technician caled at about 10:45 and we met at my home. The entire job was finished by 12:15 the same day I called. The job was handled very efficiently and I was well-pleased with the service and the price.

They came out, looked at it and said they would be done in five minutes. They gave us a price and five minutes later it was fixed. If you would have seen it you would not have thought it would be fixed in five minutes. I thought it was going to have to be disassembled and reassembled. They came in, do the job in five minutes and spent the next ten minutes talking to me about preventative maintenance. He went in and lubed up the tracks for my garage door opener, lube dup the springs and went through it with me. He explained to me why they go out, why some systems work better than others and what to expect for the life of the spring I have. He was just a really great guy. It was a Saturday and he was out there within four hours of calling me back. It was an exceptional experience.

It went really well. I called on Monday and they did the work on Tuesday. The two workers were very polite and left no mess.

Excellent. The repairman was punctual and efficient and gave me some ideas on how I can keep it cleaned and oiled out extend the life of the garage door. The coupon helped out a lot.

Called on Sunday, didn't really expect a call back although they said they had 24 hour emergency service. Received a call back on Monday morning early, about 7:30 am. Was told technician would be there between 1 and 3; he called at noon and said he was running early, and came out. He was finished in about 10 minutes. In addition to fixing the door, he also greased the wheels so the automatic door is not as noisy now. He also gave me an estimate on a new wood door. Technician was very friendly, very fast.

I had one garage door that had not been used in many years. The mechanism was working but something was preventing it from closing all the way. The other door had recently stopped working; the engine would make a grinding noise but would not move the door. I called and got an appointment for 2 days later. I had to call the office at 8am on the appointment day to get the approximate arrival time (4-6pm). The technician came within the time promised, and checked and repaired both doors. He was very friendly and professional. The first door just needed an adjustment to the track. The other had a stripped gear.

Overhead Door provided a fixed price quotation and were able to complete the installation within 5 business days of initial contact. Since it is a detached garage, arrangements were made to have the door replaced while we were at work. All we had to do was leave the opener disengaged from the door and tape a check for payment to the inside of the door...oh and trust that the work would be completed satisfactorily without inspection. Considering Overhead Doors reputation we really didnt see the need to worry about quality and upon our return home the proof was hanging from the tracks. Excellent customer service, quality and price...in fact they had a special offer that was nearly $100 below the advertised website price.

When I called they referred me to the technician, who asked for information about the door so he could bring the correct replacement parts. I made the measurements he asked for, but then had to play phone tag for another day before scheduling the service call. He came within a week, and replaced the spring in less than an hour. He was very professional and made no attempt to pressure me into doing more work.

It went very well. They came on time and were thorough and professional. Their prices were competitive with other companies in the area. We selected this company because they are a long-standing and trusted organization in Houston.

He arrived a couple hours after the initial call. He was honest about the evaluation and did not try to sell me something I didnt need. He replaced parts that were broken and parts that were worn. He went above and beyond to make sure the doors and openers were working well. He was in and out in about an hour.

I was happy with the service that they provided. We havent had problems with the door since the work was done. It was more expensive than we thought it would be but they installed a quality product and we are satisfied. The job also took a little more time than they anticipated but that was okay as well.

They came the day after they were called at the time they said they would be there and fixed it.

The tech was able to give me a late appointment as requested. He was able to narrow his arrival time down to within one hour and showed up on time. He was very professional doing the work expertly and quickly. The price was reasonable in my estimate.

The workman from Overhead Door showed up at our house on time. They were personable and spoke with me about what they were going to do. I asked them questions about the speed of the opener with the new door. That was our main complaint about the old door. Removal and installation took four hours, and all refuse was placed in their truck for disposal. The new door is twice as fast, and a lot quieter.

Overhead Door did a great job on my garage door. It works wonderfully. They were a great company to work with and they were very polite. They made sure that I was happy with the door and knew how to run it. They gave us helpful hints in order to make sure that the door would work for years to come.

The garage door opener keeps on messing up & it does not always work. Overhead Door keeps having to come back. To tell you the truth, I am getting a little fed up with this. I can understand one time coming back but this has been 3 times already. Now, when they came & installed the opener, the people were great, & they took their time, which is why I do not understand why it keeps messing up.

THE COMPANY HAS VERY POLITE WORKERS. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME. AFTER INSTALLING THE DOOR, THE WORKERS EXPLAINED HOW TO WORK THE REMOTE. THEY ALSO GAVE ME TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN THE GARAGE DOOR SYSTEM TO RUN SMOOTHLY.

OVERHEAD DOOR CO IS THE LEADING GARAGE DOOR INSTALLER IN TOWN. THEY REMOVED OUR 50 YEAR OLD WOOD DOOR WITH SPRINGS AND REPLACED IT WITH A METAL DOOR WHICH APPEARS LEVEL, EVEN THOUGH THE GARAGE IS NOT.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND REASONABLY ON TIME. THE WORK WAS DONE AS EXPECTED.
