Description of Work: Overhead Door reconditioned garage door, replaced rollers, etc. which was great for me because much less expensive than a new door would have been. Very professional service and also gave helpful tips for maintaining good operation.

Description of Work: After purchasing and having garage door opener, it failed, broke, in 3 months. The company refused to send domeone out at 3:00pm on Friday. They said I would have to pay weekend rates to get some one there, and it would be the next day. My car was outside and there was no way to get it in. So I called Bellaire Doors. They came immediately, took the broken three month old garage door opener which they told me was for a single door, we have double door. The new door opener has worked ever since. Thanks Bellaire doors!

Description of Work: Saturday, October 15, 2011 While having lunch my garage door started going up and down, no one was near the controls. We would walk out the back door and the garage door would start opening....stop...then start again. I tried to unplug the controls, however when I moved the garage door would start opening again. Then it started coming down and threw a bolt barely missing my head. It was after 5PM on a Saturday, my garage door was at an angle and not movable. I called First American Homebuyers Protection Insurance after 30 minutes they told me they would have someone call me to make an appointment on Monday. They don't do weekends and emergencies. I gave up trying to explain I needed help NOW. I called Angie's List left a message with Overhead Door Company of Houston. They called me back within 15 minutes and were at my door within the hour. They came straight away; put the metal door on track; the cable was off and he reset and put that back in working order. I could not be happier with the service; the timely response and to come out on a Saturday night - fix the problem and charge only $135.! I will definately use 'OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY OF HOUSTON' again! They get an A+.

Description of Work: They tughtened the springs on my garage door because it was dropping down about three inches once it was raised. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Removed the original garage door on my parent's home and installed a new garage door. The house was originally built in the 1950. Neil and his co-worker ( I did not get his name) both very nice men did great work they were done in approxiatemately 2-3 hours. Very happy with their work and would gladly recommend them to anyone. A neighbor came over and inquired about their services. After they finished the job, Neil went over and spoke to the neighbor. However, he did not do that until he had finished the work. I like how they tell you ahead of time what they need done before work starts. Clear space ahead of time in the garage to allow them to work. They removed the old garage door which I was relieved because it was one piece wood door. I had inquired about them being able to remove it and they told me they would be able to do that. Very happy with the whole process.
