The service repairman was professional did his job accurately, answered all my questions.

I have a year around maintenance contract with them and they keep my heat and a/c running at peak performance. Their technicians are not high pressure. They make recommendations on what needs to be done and it can be done at my budget convenience.

They sent a tech late on a Sunday night - finished after midnight - to fix my AC that was leaking into the living room. (The primary and secondary drains were both clogged.) The price they charged was reasonable under the circumstances, and the tech was a pleasure to work with.

Labor of change a motor cost near 800 (not including parts), which was unreasonable.

Was not clear what I was serviced on and what I was buying, ended up spending more money that I needed to replace the heating system when the AC system was broken.

It was installed in one day professionally. Very pleased that it only took 1 day sales & 1 day after. That's fast ! Great quality equipment .
