The AC went out on Sunday. I called about 2:30 and by 4:00 the repairman was there. The repair only took about 30 minutes and our AC was coling the house again.

Installation went good. Equipment is good quality. Don't buy the annual service plan. They recommend changes and upgrades that should have been included in original installation.

Impressed with knowledge but more impressed that he took the time for me to understand the situation! I set them up for the maintenance program as a result.
