Very thorough, professional and polite. Explained to me what was going to be worked on/serviced before his crew began working. After crew finished work, they cleaned up after themselves and left my house very clean. Hung was very polite and respectful and went over all the charges I had accrued.

Ricardo was my service tech today who was very helpful and knowledgeable about answering all the questions I had. He was professional and listened to my concerns with my previous duct work that was done by one hour a.c in the past. Ricardo provided me reassurance that he will address the issues and concerns with his supervisor and he will request a supervisor to call me. Employee like Ricardo is what keeps me as a loyal customer because I know I am trusting the service/work in the right company. I have had a lot of a.c work done through one hour as I bought my home and I would not use any other company other than one hour. Thank you Ricardo for your work today.

Very professional and courteous. Any complications or problems with the A/C unit were discussed and decisions were then made. In my case the contactors were old and damaged (age and wear) Damaged parts were left with me if desired. We have used One Hour Heating and A/C previously and we have always been greatly satisfied with their service. TJ is another professional and knowledgeable representative of the company.
