Technician was able to diagnose problem quickly and had needed part in his truck. Replaced part and explained problem. Very pleased with repair. It was a Sunday and were able to have unit repaired before dark.

We have never seen a crew work as hard as these. They each knew what they had to do and got the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up all the old duct work etc and left the job site neat and clean. They were all very courteous and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend One Hour.

Rapid service, high level of expertise, thorough explanations, clear quote. Also came in 20% lower cost than other bid for same work, replacing air handler. (Called initially to get existing unit repaired but technician showed why unit was not repairable.)

Corey from one hour did a phenomenal job. Polite, respectful and knew exactly what he was doing.Diagnosed the problem very quickly and was incredibly kind taking the time to explain the issue. Unit was back up and running in under an hour. Will be using them moving forward for anything we need.

This company is excellent. They actually took the time to diagnose the specific issue. I followed their advice and the issue was resolved which was a plugged up AC drain line. Another company came before them and told me that I needed a condenser, furnace and an evaporator coil. So I opted to get a second opinion which was more than worth it. One Hour Heating and AC is the best company I have ever used. A. Austin
