A good thorough job.

Called them and they answered right away and gave me an estimate over the phone. We called back made the appointment and they came out did an excellent job.

I was very impressed with the company at the very first phone call. The person that came was very professional and worked continuously for over 5 hrs. The fact that they use all natural products is great as cleaning chemicals and I do not get along due to severe asthma.

They were very good. Their price was higher than I had expected, and I would have liked to see it a little cheaper. However, the house was pretty dirty and it needed cleaning, and they stayed longer than normal. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

From the first phone call I was very impressed with this company. They were honest about their services and charges, what they could provide. I was anxious to have the cleaning done quickly because company was coming and they were able to accomodate me. I was very impressed. They did what they said they would do for the amount they said it would cost. We recommend this company highly to anyone. We now have them coming on a regular basis to our home.

After comparing several companies, I selected Naturalcare Cleaning Services. They were ultra-professional, prompt, and courteous. The did an extensive "spring" cleaning and I was very impressed with the results. It was as good as if I did it myself. They do not use any chemicals, but my entire home was sparkling clean (even the faucets were gleaming). You get emails reminding you that service is scheduled. They have weekly specials on different larger cleaning jobs, such as cleaning kitchen cabinets inside and outside, cleaning the patio, etc. I selected them to be my regular cleansers.

NaturalCare cleaned all three of our houses and all three of us (who are pretty picky) were very pleased. And that's saying something. We have all signed up to use them on a bi-weekly basis

Naturalcare cleans my house twice a month using vinegar and a steam cleaner. Their work is excellent and I am happy to recommend them to anyone interested in a chemical-free cleaning company.

I found out about them from Angie's List. I was satisfied with their service. The quality of their service was worth the price. They were on time, actually a few minutes early. They cleaned the bathrooms the way I asked. The shower in the master bath and all the toilets were very clean.

The service provided was good in some aspect but was poor on others - for example - they took time to clean the shelf in the bedroom really well - taking out DVDs and cleaning the shelves and replacing the DVDs on the shelf again However as mentioned by some other users of the Groupon - they did not clean the carpet well. There was still hair in the carpet when I checked it later. Also they did not clean the ceiling fan that I had in my bedroom - which has a low ceiling - so no excuses there. The blinds in the bedroom and kitchen was badly dusted - as you could see where the duster had gone through and places where it has not. The bathroom and the kitchen floor had to be cleaned again after they left - the machine they used to steam clean it left a sticky residue which in an asian household where we walk around barefoot is a bit unbearable. Overall... i would give them 6.5 out of 10. If I could get the same discount, I may go back to them again - but if it is full price, I would not use them again for their service. They also did not provide a receipt and invoice for the additional cleaning of the two rooms that I purchased outside of the groupon.

Naturalcare is by far the best cleaning service I've ever found, and in a class by itself because of its environmentalism. I was determined to "go green" for my own health and that of my family -- especially grandbabies -- but thought I would have to settle for something less than a first-class clean. I have been so pleasantly surprised! My house sparkles when they are done. Everyone on their crew is professional and friendly, and I enjoy seeing them each time and knowing they are not cleaning my home at the expense of their own health. Also, every request for special cleaning or scheduling is always accommodated graciously and completely. I'm a big fan!

I'll start from the beginning. I contacted them for a quote online and I heard back within the week. Once they contacted me, they had one of the owners out to do an estimate the following Monday. The estimate seemed reasonable and I was excited for "all natural" cleaning products; they boasted steam only and a little vinegar. After this visit, I had to call and try to get set up for service and that was difficult. As I kept getting passed to a different person. They apologized for this and said it was due to a recent marketing campaign and that they were a little overwhelmed. Let me just say that NaturalCare does not mean gentle care. It seems that to make up for chemicals they use harsh and abrasive materials (ash and steel wool) maybe. This left my porcelain glazed kitchen sink damaged and all the other sinks' bronze finished stoppers and hardware scratched. Great, now how do I repair that? Nor does Naturalcare necessarily mean clean. On the first occasion I noticed a slight patch in the corner of the master bath that had dust and dirt debris left over from before the clean. I ignored that because I was hopeful that I wouldn't have to clean my house by myself anymore. But the second time I noticed debris on the master bath floor and the guest bedroom floor (tiled). And as I was home during the cleanings, I noticed the sponge they were using in the kitchen was D-I-R-T-Y, and that's what they were using on my counters! What a disappointment. Add that to a damaged home and it's a definite NO for me. I want to add to the damaged list by stating that my (flat painted) walls were scuffed from the equipment they brought in, and a nightstand was discolored by whatever type of cleaning rag they used on it.

The house is empty, which we expected would facilitate any cleaning service's job. This was definitely not the case. Their method of cleaning was haphazard, to say the least. Some areas were clean, but there were areas that had been barely, if at all, touched. For example, the tile and wood floors had not been mopped, as had been promised. There was very visible debris and dirt on the floors. In addition, the master bathroom had been largely untouched. The tub had hairs and dirt in it and the countertop had hand soap on it. I called Aubrey, who had scheduled his "best crew" to do the cleaning. He promised to have a crew return the next day to address the floors and the master beathroom. After checking the second crew's work, I noticed that someone had done a slightly better job of cleaning the floors, as larger debris had been picked up, but there was still noticeable dirt and debris on the wood floors. The master tub had not been wiped down as the same hairs and dirt were still visible. The countertop was also ignored. I emailed the company pictures of their work and asked to pay a discounted price given that they had not completed all of the work and I would have to clean the floors myself or hire someone else to do it. I received a reply stating that the email would be forwarded to the owners. I never heard back from them, but did notice a charge on my credit card for $368.05. They take your credit card information prior to completing a job, so they were able to charge me without first notifying me of the final amount. I consider their treatment of my case as poor professionalism and would NEVER recommend this company. Given that I paid close to $400 for an incomplete job, I will NEVER use this company again. Initially, I was unhappy with the cleaning that was completed. However, the owner personally ensured that they addressed the areas that I was unsatisfied with. He had a pleasant attitude whenever I spoke to him on the phone and met him in person. In my experience this level of customer service is rare. I would recommend this company to a friend.

We're very pleased! The team was very professional and efficient, the most thorough home cleaning we've ever received from a hired service. They cleaned items we weren't even expecting-- inside and outside of the toaster oven in addition to the coffee brewer. Nice little extras such as folded "hotel" edges on the toilet paper! We are also impressed with the steam cleaning process used on the ceramic floors and counter tops and it worked well on our laminate wood floors as well. More expensive than some but worth every penny in our opinion!

Our place was really dusty after having sheetrock and floor refinishing done. We had cleaned up the bulk of the debris and dust, but it was still very dirty relative to what I'd call "normal", so my expectations were not all that high - I just wanted it to be livable for us to move in, get settled and then have someone come out for a thorough cleaning. I gave them a list of about 8 areas where I wanted them to focus, thinking that they would get through maybe 3 or 4. The crew came out right on time and they had my list. It was nice to see the office actually communicating with their workers which seems to be rare these days in the service business. I walked them through the house as we reviewed the list and they started cleaning. They worked the whole time. Not only did they get much farther through my list than I expected, but the areas they hit were spotless. They cleaned up baked on crud in the kitchen that your typical cleaning solvents wouldn't touch. As they were moving through the house, they even noticed a small smudge on a mirrored shelf that they missed the first time and stopped to fix it. I'm really impressed by the system and products they use. I'm more impressed by the fact that their team came out with a friendly attitude and motivated to do a good job. Couple that with the natural approach and this is a pretty cool company. I'm planning to have them come out again, and will request the same team.

This was a real splurge for me to have my house cleaned but I took advantage of the Angie's list Big Deal and I couldn't have been more pleased! I had company coming to my house in less than a week and the cleaning service was able to work me into their schedule with short notice. I was amazed with what their "green" clean service could do. Using steam and green products they were able to get my master bathroom sparkling clean. My husband even commented on how nice our bathroom looked! I, too, was pleased with the bathroom but I was really pleased with my dazzling kitchen, including a shining white sink and clean stove burners. This was not just a hit or miss job. I loved the employees and they spent extra time to do a great job.

I called them but they were too expensive so I didn't have them come by. They were very professional and everything, just very expensive. I would not use them in the future, not unless the prices come down considerably.

They do a good job. I have two dogs and one cat and I appreciate their using only nontoxic natural cleaning products (e.g., steam, vinegar, etc.).

We think they are great. They charge us per visit. As their name implies, they use natural cleaning supplies and steaming and brushing. Every time we come home the house is perfectly clean. If there is some minor issue, they take care of it the next time. They are very nice with the dogs. They will do whatever we want them to do like if we want to put them out or put them in another room or whatever. They are very responsive. Anytime we have had to call them for any reason they have been very responsive. The quality of the work is great. The house is really clean. The natural stuff is working fine. They use the products that they make themselves. If there are some products I can't afford, they just use the steam. They don't use any products and the floors are very clean. We had never heard of these things either until we tried them. We found them on Angie's List.

It was a pretty decent quote. She gave me a packet information to give me an idea of what to expect. She had me sign something that verified that I understood everything. She also gave us information about the different services. I learned about their products, what they could do, and what they couldn't do.

They have worked out to be fine. The first time they came out they did a pretty thorough clean up. They clean up the kitchen and bathrooms on a regular basis. They do dusting, moping, vacuuming and all the general stuff. They don?t do the dishes or the laundry. They charge $118 every 2 weeks and it?s worth it. They do pretty good work. They seem to use my house like a training base. There is one person who comes out every time and she brings in a couple of new trainees with her. I?d be happier if the same people came out and stop using my house as a training station. They are some time early for their appointments but never late. I don?t have any plans to discontinue them. Feb 3 2011 Update: I stopped using this company in December, 2010. I just could not deal with the revolving door of their employees. I could only deduce they made bad hiring decisions or they were weren't treating their employees right and they left after a short time.

They provide complete green cleaning. They were very professional and provided an estimate which they stuck too. They did a very good job.
