Description of Work: We have had Natural Care come and clean every two weeks for the last year or two. They do a very good job and are very responsive to any issues that may come up from time to time. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Thorough deep cleaning. My house had so much dust everywhere that they really didn't allow enough time for the cleaning. The head person got the time extended once, but they really needed about another half hour beyond that. The head person said he couldn't get more time. Since I had them come back for a monthly cleaning, they finished then. Don't know what they would have done if I had not hired them to come back.

They use a steam cleaner for most surfaces and no harsh chemicals. The whole organization is very professional and well managed. I highly recommend them.

The company changed my time at the last minute due to my schedule. This company is very easy to deal with and does an excellent job every time. Love the fresh (non perfume/chemical) smell afterwards too!

Description of Work: The team that came in for our first cleaning did a very good job and are very personable. I have since then signed up for a regular cleaning schedule. Their price is comparable with my previous cleaning lady, though they don't do quite as much as she did. But of course there will be tradeoffs between a company service and an individual professional. All in all we are happy with the service, as evidenced by our continued patronage.

Description of Work: They clean my house every two weeks, so once a month it is a deep, thorough clean of every room. The other time it is a deep clean of the kitchen and bathrooms and a tidy up of the rest of the house. They use steam clean which we like.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal and attempted to contact provider, but received no response. I checked the message board on Angie's website and never had a response. I am on a fixed income and don't need to spend this kind of money on a provider who won't even attempt to contact me.
