+ 0 moreMr. Zapata was extremely qualified and very nice. I was thrilled with the results. He did an excellent job and came out the day after I called to give me an estimate and returned the following day to begin the work. He volunteered to go and get all of the required stones, but I thought that I had bought enough. As it turned out they were forced to go back the next day, but it turned out to be a blessing. I had gotten a 10% discount for future purchases, so it turned out perfect!
Description of Work: I wanted to have my ugly front porch covered with flagstones. I have very specific ideas of the stone color that I wanted, so he measured the front porch and told me how much flagstone would be required. I went out a few miles and found some stone that I was very pleased with and picked up what I thought was the correct amount. Mr. Zapata and his helper had to go out and pick up the rest of the required flagstone, and laid and grouted the flagstone on Saturday morning. They came out the next day and grouted and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I have been attempting to get him back out for more work but feel that he is probably on vacation.

+ -1 moreZapata was on time and did excellent work with a great attitude. A number of neighbors inspected his work and gave him opportunities to quote on work for them. I will use him for a much more extensive brick job on my patio later this year.
Description of Work: They laid a new glazed brick surface on our cement front porch. It was a relatively small job, and after the initial installation we felt the outer edge should be orientated differently. He immediately returned to chisle out the portion in question. Then he replaced it in the desired configuration at no extra cost.
