Description of Work: Called about plugged drain. Made appointment for next day. They were supposed to be here by 1:00, but did not make it until almost 2:00. No problem, however, because they called to let me know they were running late. Went right to the cleanout and solved the plugged drain issue. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Service folk (2) showed up at a bit before the promised 2 hour time window with an advance call and timeliness much appreciated. Friendly and helpful. Not sure of the price quality as I took the first plumber I contacted that morning that would come out the same day on a Saturday, found they don't charge a premium for weekend calls, and just happy to get the leak repaired promptly. With no reference point on price, I'll hazard that the cost was reasonable, especially for weekend service. I will note that the repair cost was pretty much cookbook or, more accurately, detailed in a notebook with prescribed charges. If you can describe the required work on the phone accurately, they can apparently provide a fairly accurate cost estimate. Otherwise, a visit will cost some $49 to obtain an estimate and decline. If you accept, the $49 is credited to the job. Seemed fair to me. Looks to be a first class operation.
Description of Work: Replaced a leaking PVC elbow on the buried water service line to my house. Dug up the service line in the area of the leak, drained the system, cut out the failed components, replaced, monitored performance of line following repressurization, replaced dirt. An hour or so of work.

Mr. Rooter is very fast and always on time. If I ever need anything unclogged, they always come within the hour to fix it. The guy who came to fix this clog was extremely nice. We chit chatted for awhile and he was so funny. I would hire Mr. Rooter again because they are very reliable, fast and respectful.

Mr. Rooter comes to my house every time I have a plug in my drains. I worked for them years ago myself so that s why I originally started using them. I have used them for a long time now. They charge by the hour for their various services. They are under new management and I been very impressed with them. They are helpful and trustworthy.

Mr. Rooter was quick to come out to my home after I called them. They laid the new piping to replace the pipe that had burst under our driveway. I feel that they did a great job, as everything works good now. They are open for emergencies whenever they occur. I am thankful for their great customer service and professional business attitude.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, HAVING CALLED TO ADVISE HE WAS ON THE WAY FIRST. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HELPFUL. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH HIM, AND HIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Description of Work: MY KITCHEN SINK WAS CLOGGED. HE FIRST ADVISED ME OF THE COST TO REMOVE THE TRAP UNDERNEATH THE SINK, AND THAT IT WOULD COST MORE IF HE HAD TO CUT AWAY AT SOME OF THE PIPE AND REPLACE IT. I AGREED AND HE PROCEEDED. HE CLEARED THE CLOG WITHOUT HAVING TO CUT INTO THE PIPE, AND AFTER RECONNECTING THE TRAP, NOTICED THE PIPE WAS LEAKING SLIGHTLY AT THE TOP AND HE REPLACED THE NUT AND SEAL AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
