I can't recommend Move Masters highly enough. By far the best moving experience of my life. They were the most professional, driven, careful, kind, and best priced movers I've found (in 10+ moves!). Our whole family felt like we gained a lot of brothers and a sister. Amazing!

My move went well from start to finish.

Although they were unable to come on the originally scheduled date, we rescheduled and they offered me a discount. When they actually came, they were punctual an professional. I would definitely use them again.

Well I was not sure all the furniture would fit in the unit but Christian and Moises from Move Masters made it happen fast and safely.

Ok finally after an hour they showed up at my house first instead of where they were supposed to pick up the item!! Not using or recommending them again.

This was a pleasant experience all around. Both times, the crew showed up exactly on time and was very pleasant. While moving out, they took great effort to wrap all of my belongings so they would not be damaged, while still working quickly. Both crews worked quickly and efficiently. One of the smoothest moving transitions I have had. Would definitely recommend and/or use again.

The three guys arrived at my house at 10.30 am & they worked extremly hard wrapping & packing my belongings. We filled the truck then went back for a second load. They complete my move @ 11.00 pm. There were no breakages nor damage to any of my things. The new owners of my old house are using this company to move. My fiancee will also be using Move Master in the next two weeks. I would highly recommend this company Jim

.Victor Argueta and his crew arrived right on schedule. They immediately started padding and shrink wrapping each piece of furniture and loading it onto the truck. These guys really hustled and worked non-stop except for a 1/2 hour lunch break. When everything was loaded they proceeded to our new house. At the new house they unloaded, unwrapped and placed each piece of furniture into the designated room. We found absolutely no damage to any of our furniture or goods and the final bill was exactly as we expected based on the quoted rates. Based on our experience, I highly recommend them and we would definitely use them again.

This was the worse experience! I was quoted 950 and the total for the move they say is 3,000! I can not even begin to tell you how many things were broken and destroyed. They used 7 men and the move took 22 hours. I called 5 separate times requesting a quote for packers and was told one man would pack while two loaded. The truck they sent was too small so they sent a second truck. If I wasn't on top of them they slacked off. Nothing was placed I had to hire another team of movers to move and shift the furniture as everything was crammed into the den. Being up for more than 24 hours almost killed my 83 year old Mother. As well her medication was lost tho we placed all of her important medical items in a red priority bag. She collapsed and spent 5 days in ICU then when she was released I was shocked to find her medication was lost. Her insurance would not replace the medication so I had to cover those costs out of pocket.

The guys showed up on time and hit the floor running. Unfortunately, due to contractor schedules and hurting my back, I was not as packed or organized as I had planned. They worked around it and took as much as they could. Once we got to the new place, they moved boxes and pieces of furniture upstairs for me that I hadn't been able to. Made sure everything was set up, unwrapped and trash removed. They didn't even complain about most of it going upstairs!! I couldn't be more pleased.

We used Move Masters to move from our apartment to our new house on Saturday the 29th. Wayne was very nice on the phone and helpful when making the appointment so I was hopeful that we were going to have a good moving experience. Well first, the movers were almost an hour late (which we were understanding of because the weather wasn't great) but they only brought a trailer attached to a truck. We were expecting a normal big moving truck since when I made the reservation I said we had to not only get the furniture and boxes from our apartment but also make another stop to pick up more furniture (we paid more to make the additional stop). So the movers had to load everything from our apartment into the trailer then drop it off at our house then go back to the additional address to get the furniture then unload it at the house again. The whole move took 5 hours so we had to pay almost $500. Of course with the rain we knew it would take longer than normal but if the truck would have been able to accomodate everything then it wouldn't have taken that long. The three men were very professional and worked very hard, I just think if they would have had a larger truck then less time would have been wasted going back and forth. I sent them an email last week telling them all of this but no one has replied back to me. Also, there were a couple items that were taped shut and when we removed the tape there is sticky residue that won't come off so if you use them make sure they put something between the tape and your furniture.

Called and ordered 2 guys and a truck. They were prompt professional and worked HARD. They charge by the hour and I never felt like they were sandbagging or running the clock. Robert and Zach did a great job and put everything where we wanted it. It was hot, so we kept them hydrated and they just kept on moving. I was extremely happy with the quality and service not only with the move itself, but also with booking the move. Everything was straight forward and a great experience.

I just want to say these young gentlemen embodied professionalism at its fullest. I had never seen such efficiency and responsibility. I have to give praise where praise is due. The three young gentlemen who helped me out gave their all and it truly showed. They went above and beyond what their job was and it was a pleasure to work with them. They were careful with all my things, wrapped everything perfectly, and were completely dedicated to their work. I just don't have enough words to describe how impressed I was. I wish everyone knew how good this company was for moving. Without hesitation, I will use them again. Everything was great... great initial service, very accurate quote and time frame, punctual, curteous, respecful, responsible, and careful. It really was a breath of fresh air!

All my moves were done efficiently and without any problems. The furniture was wrapped and padded to prevent damage and the crew took the upmost care to insure the protection of everything they moved. My moves took place over the span of 1 year - August, 2011 - August, 2012. The cost was anywhere from $600 to $1000 depending on which move.

First of all, Wayne is a lot of fun to deal with. He is a very nice person. Jackie, also, was great. She quickly eased my mind and gave me a very affordable option when I heard from my real estate agent that there was a possibility we couldnt get the keys to the new house that day. We ended up getting the keys on time but it was good to know that Wayne and Jackie were there to help when needed. I dont have a lot of good things to say about the moving crew though. Only good thing I can say is that they showed up on time which was 3pm. It was a 4 men crew and they had only one guy (crew chief) I was happy with. The other 3 were really slow. 2 out of that 3 looked like they didnt even want to be there. Wayne estimated the move to take about 5 hours. It took 9 hours. I can take responsibility of maybe 2 of the 4 extra hours because I wasn't 100% prepared at the time of their arrival. But I still think it shouldn't have taken that long. I ended up paying $500 more than I expected because I was being charged by the hour. I hope I am just an exception just because I really liked Wayne and Jackie. I hope they have better crews working for them out there.

The move was efficient and fast. No problems at all.

on the day of the movers called on route to let us know they were on the way they actually arrived earlier then they were suppose to. when they arrive they rang our bell and they look very friendly and polite at first i had my doubts cause they look young and i did not know if they were gonna be able to handle my furniture (i got some heavy furniture) i gave them a tour and show them all my apt and ask them to take special care with a couple antique paintings that have been in my family for a long time, we sign the contract and they started working right away they protected my leather sofas with some moving blankets and plastic ,from that moment i realized this guys had done it many times they pick up the sofas like if they were feathers and took it to the truck with out damaging my walls or the sofas they took our dinning room table apart and protect all our chairs they took our beds down and protect everything they even took our grill and covered in plastic they were done like in 2 hours ans half which was really fast considering that we had a lot of boxes and a lot of clothes which they put in wardrobe boxes that they let me use at no xtra cost they follow us to our new place and they did not even stop for lunch which i offer to them instead they told me just to buy them water because it was really hot I wasn't doing anything and just to see how hard they were working made me tired im glad i hire them to move us. once we got to the new place they cover the carpet with blankets so that they wouldn't mess our floor they started unloading and they place all my furniture where i ask them to put it and put everything back together for me they even help me to unload my personal car where i had put my must delicate breakables i was really happy with the entire service i will use this company and recommend them to all my family and friends We really happy with move master services. thanks Justin,and christian for moving us and taking care of our furniture u guys rock.

I was looking for movers, had checked a lot of movers and even went thru e help. Didn't like what I heard for quotes, some were too busy to talk to, and had read a lot of reviews. A friend of mine told me to check out Move Masters Professional Services. I did and from the beginning I could tell they new what they were talking about. I got asked questions other movers didn't ask. Anyway, the person I talked to was very professional on the phone, phone etiquette, courteous and made me feel special. I was asked if I lived in a house or apartment, was it on the first or second floor. Then I was offered a 2 man crew for a very reasonable price and a destination fee. I had never had a destination fee and was lil lieary, but they explained to me what it was and I told them that was good. I asked how to pay and they told me, asked about my furniture what they would do to pad and shrink wrap to avoid damages. They wanted to know when I was moving and if I wanted morning or afternoon. I was asked if I had any questions or concerns about my move, what they had quoted me, that they were there for me and if I had a question later on that I forgot to ask, I could call them back and they would answer any of my concerns. After I gave my inventory I was told I would be getting a Reservation Confirmation and it would have everything on it, old and new address, price i was quoted, how many in my crew . I was informed that the day before my move, I would be contacted to make sure everything was still a go, then on the day of the move I would be contacted that the crew had been dispatched and were on their way. Cool, sounds good to me. The day of the move, I was called just like they said they would do and told me my crew was dispatched. I had a 2 man crew with a big truck. They came went over the contract with me, I signed to let them begin and then it was as if everything went really fast, they were thru and had the truck loaded in no time. I think it took them hour and half, but it was fast, smooth, cautious with my stuff, and it was actually great, because I was really dreading the idea to have movers, but the 2 guys I had were awesome. We left from the old place and went to the new place and I had my stuff unloaded quicker than loading. I was impressed with the crew, the fact that they were careful in not damaging anything, and made a point to tell me that they found some change and handed it to me. That was AWESOME. I have never had a move that went as smooth , careful and undamaged furniture. They never stopped, they were up and down and back and forth and before I knew it, they were finished. The crew made sure I had everything off the truck and that my bed was reassembled. There was no trash left behind, and they barely would stop for water. No breaks at all. It truly was a great move!!!!!!! I will be calling them when I need them, thats for sure.

Well as I stated before, these guys are the most honest and trust worthy moving company I have ever used. I have been a client of there's for ten years now. These guys have packed me up twice now and not once have I had problems with the office staff or moving crews. They always show up on time and get right to work. I do not think I could have gotten threw this time in my life with out them. The owner Wayne helped me so much. His light just shines with his faith in God, he reminded me of who's I am, and not who I am. His uplifting sprit saved me. During the moving process I noticed one of the Move Masters employee had clipped into his pocket a pocket knife that looked extremely similar to one of mine. I asked to see the knife, and it was in fact my custom made corrosion resistant, very rare, pocket knife that was a gift from my sister.When I notified the office that their employee had attempted to steal from me they simply denied that this could possibly be the case for nearly an hour. Eventually, after talking with the other employees on site, they conceded that the incident had occurred and stated that they would fire the offending employee (maybe they did, maybe the didn't, how am I to know?). They made no real attempt to make a sincere apologize and seemed if anything put out by the fact that I demanded that the crew return to the house to investigate whether other items had been taken before I paid them. At least one of the employees that was not the actual thief clearly had known that the other had stolen the knife and had not stopped him or told his employer. This suggests to me that this behavior was considered acceptable and was common place. I would absolutely under no circumstances recommend this company.

I called to book my appointment a month in advance. The lady I spoke with, to make my appointment was courteous and professional. This whole experience was a class act from start to finish. I received an email with the quote that was given to me over the telephone. I also received a phone call a day or two before my scheduled appointment as a courtesy reminder and to confirm that the movers will be there on the specified day and time. I was very impressed with the administration and handling of my account. The movers ran about 20 minutes late. However, I am not complaining about this because they got stuck in traffic and that's something that's not their fault. The main reason I was ok with this is because they called me 10 minutes before they were scheduled to be at my place and let me know that they were stuck in traffic and would be late. The two movers (Jose and Carlos), were very professional. They apologized for being late and they got right to work. They made sure to take care of my belongings as if it was their own. They wrapped up my TV and other furniture before moving them. When it came time to move my things into my new place, the gentlemen asked me where I wanted the different boxes and furniture to go. They didn't just drop my things anywhere and I really appreciated that (since I'd had bad experiences with that before with other companies). It was like 105 degrees that day so I made sure I had plenty of water and gatorade for them (something I could tell that they really appreciated). Again they moved quickly and carefully throughout the whole process. The whole move, to and from took only an hour and a half. I was so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism I made sure to tip them both well (I could tell that they appreciated this as well). This was money well spent and I will recommend this company to anyone and will use them again in the future.

I scheduled them a couple of weeks beforehand - two other companies were already booked, and they had a lower quote than the other company that was available. They told me they had scheduled me for the 2p-4p window. When they hadn't arrived by 2:15p, I called and they clarified that the window is an arrival time, not the time you have the movers booked. This was not clear during the initial phone call, but I was extremely stressed out due to moving issues which may have contributed to my lack of understanding. The movers did not arrive by 4p either. They ended up arriving at 6p. It was hugely frustrating but I would give this company a second chance because the dispatcher/customer service agent was readily available by phone, their excuse (major accident on major freeway) was verified on TV and internet, she was consistently friendly to me and seemed to be trying to do her best in a difficult situation, they sent a second set of movers to help rather than re-scheduling for another day once their first set was determined to be stuck on the freeway, and the guys who finally arrived were quick, competent, and professional.

This was a tough job from the outset since they had to pickup at three separate locations and deliver everything to my new, 3 story, home on a blistering hot Houston day. I originally contracted for a 3 man team. The night before the move Wayne Watts contacted me with his concerns about the ability to get the job done with just 3 men. As I had become concerned myself, I welcomed his call and appreciated his pro-activeness in heading off a potential problem...a crew too small to really do a good job. He suggested increasing it to two trucks and a 4 man crew and I readily agreed because I knew how much stuff I had and I did not want it to turn into a two day event. He did not pressure me at all to increase the crew and made it very clear whatever I wanted, they would do. He just made it clear that he was concerned that, given the inventory that I had provided Move Masters, a 3 man crew might not be enough. The morning of the move, the last minute change resulted in a delay in getting the second truck. However, the 4 man crew was there and promptly went to work. The second truck showed up in time to move on to the second stop. As it turned out, due to the nature of my apartment layout and the fact that the furniture had to be hauled a ways just to get to the truck, having a 4 man crew was the most efficient way to accomplish the task. These guys were fantastic and Robert, the driver did an excellent job of diffusing a very stressful experience for me. The whole team was great! After the move was complete, I had a couple of issues that I needed addressed and Wayne and Robert took care of them promptly, professionally and courteously. Robert even took time out from his family time to come BACK to my house after-hours to take care of an issue that I had forgotten to mention. They are great and I would gladly use them again and refer them to anyone else!!!

They did a really nice job, and were very efficient. They got the job done quickly. They packed up our two bedroom condo, and moved it to our new house an hour away within half of a day. I cannot remember how much it cost. There was nothing damaged in the move, and everything about their service was great.

It was very efficiently handled. They were about 30 min late in arriving but once they were there, everything went smoothly.
