Let me start by saying that, in my experience, Move Masters is really a class act. They are about top-notch service from start to finish. My wife and I have moved a couple of times and have never had things go this smoothly. To start off, scheduling was a breeze. I spoke with Jackie, who ran through an estimate with me over the phone as we inventoried the rooms in my apartment. Jackie called me back in just a few hours with confirmation and a cost estimate, which I felt was extremely reasonable given the costs I've seen associated with moves such as ours. The afternoon before our move date, I got the pre-move jitters and called Move Masters and left a message to confirm our appointment. Without getting into too many details, the owner had a very valid reason to not call me himself but still went out of his way to return my call. I think some might say "that's just his job," but (a) the message I left for him was already a bit late in the day, (b) having already confirmed with Jackie, I had no reason to doubt that the move would happen as scheduled, and (c) the owner could have had someone else call me back but still did so himself. This level of commitment to the customer is just one of many shining examples of Move Master's excellent service. The 3-person crew arrived 10 minutes early and after I signed some paperwork, the guys immediately went to work. The work ethic that I witnessed in this crew is not something I see very often - they were highly dedicated and wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. At the same time, they were courteous and friendly. I'm not going to be able to do them enough justice with the rest of my description, but my wife and I have a lot of heavy and awkwardly shaped stuff, they had to take this stuff down a flight of stairs and then up another flight of stairs over and over again over nearly two hours. I repeatedly asked them if they'd like to take a break, and over and over again they kindly refused the offer. I think the longest "break" they took was about 30 seconds to a minute, and that was just to get some water in their systems. They were always respectful of the items they moved - careful to never scratch anything or knock into anything, mindful of the very fragile stuff (quick side note: the wife and I finished unpacking our fragile stuff today - as expected, everything completely intact). They quickly and neatly arranged everything in the new apartment like they'd done it a million times before. Move Masters charges a two-hour minimum for moves. Our whole move was done in an hour and 50 minutes. The guys could have just bolted at that point, but instead they walked around our apartment again and asked us what else they could move for us in that ten minutes! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Move Masters. We experienced them to be the ultimate professionals from start to finish, with a courteous and extraordinary crew who got things done at a frantic pace without a ding on anything we owned. I really, REALLY dislike moving and hope that I don't need to do it again in the near future, but if I did, I would call on Move Masters again in a heartbeat. I will recommend them to anyone we know who needs moving services. I wish I could slap a few plus signs on their "A" rating!

The guys did exactly what I asked them to do. Had a little problem hooking up the appliances in the new place, but not a big problem. They setup the beds, moved the boxes and were professional thruout.

Awesome! A+++ These guys were awesome; took excellent care loading and packing. They took extra care with my wood floor upon delivery. They handled the heavy stuff with no problem. I have moved all over the world with the Army and these guys were way better than any other movers.

Absolutely the best move I’ve ever undertaken. We contacted Move Masters to help us consolidate two households into one on the other side of town. We were moving from a 3-bedroom house & a 2-bedroom condo into a 4-bedroom 2-story house. Wayne Watts, owner, provided me with multiple options for the move (one truck, two trucks, 2-man crews, 3-man crews, etc.) so I could plan the move any way I chose. The price was excellent and I was able to schedule the move for the day I wanted (the day after Labor Day). We opted to have two trucks/crews – one at the 3-bedroom home and one at the condo. Both crews arrived on time – Wayne supervised at one location and Jose at another. Both crews were pleasant, thoughtful and worked very quickly. All the furniture, artwork, electronics, appliances, etc. were wrapped and handled with care – nothing was broken, or even scratched. Wow! Wayne is so nice . . . in all the activity, we ended up tipping one crew but not the other. When I realized that, I contacted Wayne and told him I’d send him a check for tips to the second crew, if he would make sure they received it – which he was very willing to do. I absolutely recommend Move Masters – in fact, I’m going to STRONGLY recommend their services to my sister and brother-in-law, who are moving later this year.

They are the only company whose representatives came on time. I would never use anybody but them. They arranged the services and it was just great. I would definitely use them again.

I was moving two doors down on the same street. Move Masters sent over 4 guys, and they were done in just over an hour! They were very careful with my belongings, and they were courteous about not walking across my neighbor's lawn in between the two houses. They disassembled and reassembled my beds and didn't seem to mind rearranging the furniture in a couple of rooms. I was very happy with their services and I would definitely recommend them!

Everything went well. They were very professional. They got the job done. They did whatever I asked them to do. They were fast. Overall, they were good. I would use them again in the future if need be.

Good company. Straight forward. Honest. Easy to contact. No complaints. I would use them again.

Move Masters handled our move as expected, everything went smoothly. I have used this company to move 6 times. Typically, all the information is exchanged over the phone and the movers show up and do their usual quality job in a timely manner. On this last move, Wayne Watts did come by the house prior to the move to ensure that he would have the right number of guys and the right size vehicle to handle the move. This was because the move prior to this one had been from one house to the house next door and no vehicles were used, so I believe he just needed to make double sure what was required as we were going out of town (Houston to San Antonio). For the most part, determining the size of the crew and moving van is fairly easy for Wayne. He and his crew are highly experienced and professional. Aside from all the moves they have helped us with, he has also done "smaller" jobs like helping my brother get a big screen tv moved up some stairs and helping another friend get furniture moved from her house into her garage when she was going thru her divorce. People that I have referred to Wayne continue to use his moving services, the level of comfort with the work and the pricing makes the decision to use Move Masters a simple one. My husband's grandparents recently moved from Houston to San Antonio and used Move Masters. I believe the pricing is very reasonable and I have never had an item damaged or missing. They are based in Houston, so I am not sure who we will use if we ever need to move within San Antonio, but if we head back to Houston, there is no question that I will be calling Move Masters.

Some negotiations with the Owner on pricing, but not a bad deal overall, compared to competition. Movers were professional and very careful moving and reassembling all items. Only recommendation for improvement is time management. It took 5.15 hours for the entire move (which, included transit periods of almost an hour that was included in the bill--- a tad bit surprising!)
