Over the years, McDugald's service and quality has continued to deteriorate. They do not listen when you take the time to walk the property with them and show them what needs to be done. When they make repairs to the sprinkler system, the charge is always high and the work is not done properly most of the time. I personally spent over 8 hours of my time walking the property on 4 different occasions trying to get all the sprinkler heads added or adjusted properly to try to obtain 100% coverage. We have the management company contract them multiple times to try to get trees trimmed or worked performed. Sometimes even after multiple requests, the job is not done. At one point, we requested to change out the supervisor as he has attitude and does not listen at all. Our request was denied! I personally would NEVER recommend them to anyone as they are not customer focused nor or is their quality or responsiveness good. We have finally had enough and are changing landscape companies. Good luck if you do decide to use them. If you do, I would definitely have an out in the contract if the service is not up to your expectation and to what they agreed.

I have used this company for eight years now. They work on a large area in my yard offering many different services. It is nice that they even rake the leaves in the fall as well as trim shrubs, flowers, and they also do any kind of planting that I want them to do.
