 + 0 moreI paid him approximately $4000. Half of an $8000. job. He tore down the old deck and I never saw him again. He wouldn't return phone calls.
Description of Work: I hired Matlick to tear out my old deck and build a covered patio for me.

 + -1 moreMr. Matlock was to take off and redo the stucco on the front exterior of our home. Continually told us a time his guys would be here, never showed. After two weeks of rescheduling they finally came took off 1/3 of the old stucco, then failed to show back up for 3 weeks, exposing my home to the weather and causing more damage. Would not call back or communicate the time frame in which the work was to be done. Asked for our $500 deposit back because we were going with someone else and of course didn't get it. Do not use him he will string you along and not perform the work he said he would.
Description of Work: He was to re-stucco the front exterior of my home.
