Well, I've used Marshall Movers 3 times. Thefvery first move was excellent, even the second move was ok, not as good as the first time, but it was ok. The first time there were 3 or 4 guys, it was ququickThe second time I don't remember how many guys there were, MAYBE 3. The third move was horrible, they sent 2 guys, Adrian did the majority of the work, the other guy spent his time complaining about the heat, the number of boxes, the stairs, etc... There were so many things that they said that they couldn't move or handle, for ex., my 37 inch tv, the glass to my table, my plant, etc... To say that I had just paid movers $400 to move me, I was exhausted from having to move the rest of my things myself. Adrian packed everything except the couch and the aquarium by himself. The other guy looked like an alcoholic and stayed in the back of the truck passing items to Adrian. Lastly, all three times that I've used Marshall Movers, the workers have asked me for water. I even went to Walmart and bought them something to drink because they kept asking. I think the company should supply some type of cooler with cold water for their workers. Coincidentally, I'm moving in June and I'm in the process of looking for movers that are more reasonable and more professional.

These guys were great. They called in advance to say they were running late, but arrived only 10-15 minutes after the scheduled time. There were 3 movers in total. Let me back up to say that Marshall Movers provided free boxes for my move ahead of time. The men were not only professional, but they were also very friendly & made the move fun. And everyone knows, moving isn't fun. They worked hard & fast, and at the same time keeping my informed & engaged in the whole process. I was downsizing to a smaller apartment & they even gave suggestions as to where to place my living room & bedroom furniture in order to make it more functional. All my items were moved without incident. I will definitely use them for any future moves.

Very well. Three guys showed up a few minutes early. Sharon called me to make sure they were there without problem. They were professional and very nice. I didn't have the strength to undo my washer and they were able to do it for me. They moved all the stuff out of the old place in about 30 minutes, drove to the new place (45 minutes-a reasonable time), and placed all my stuff in the new place in a very orderly manner within about 45 minutes. Overall very well done.
