It was the most horrible experience I have ever had with movers. I had things stolen and I had things broken. They were just horrible people. They smoked and I don?t smoke because I have COPD. The smell of the smoke got in the carpet and in the air. I had movers that take things out of the house and put them in the truck and that is how you move. But these people took a few pieces from this room and a few pieces from another room and they will put them out by the elevator. Jack, one of the owners, was the one running this move. He had two Mexican guys with him and one guy didn?t speak English and the one who did speak English was disrespectful. I was in the master?s bathroom and he just walked in without knocking. He also screamed at the guy who cannot speak English all the time and I didn?t have an idea what he was saying because he was screaming in Spanish. I didn?t see Jack often because he kept on disappearing. My stuff piled by the elevator and my neighbors are walking by. Then my other stuff was by the truck. They were not organized. They didn?t even know how to pack my clothes well. When they got to the place where I moved, they were again disorganized and my stuff were everywhere. So my daughter and grandson helped moved things and we were a lot quicker than them. Some things were broken by them and they knocked my bamboo wall and they made holes in the wall. They did not come back and fix the door and they did not do any damage repair. They even over charged me. They were absolutely horrible. They totally mis-represented themselves on the phone. I have a designer lamp and it never made it here and that was the only reimbursement I got because I said that I am going to report them for thief. I will caution everybody to never ever use these guys. Things were stolen and broken and there was no attempt to fix things. They didn?t even know what they were doing when they were setting up my bed.
