Outstanding work by skillful painters. Business owner responded immediately after my purchase, came out as scheduled to look at the job first (no charge). The painters arrived right on time and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the work (Home Depot gave me the wrong color paint and I didn't see it until the paint job was well under way). They stayed longer than planned and added no extra charge. I highly recommend Lutz Painting and Design.

Eddie's guys did a great job. They were fast and efficient. Eddie made every effort to ensure the job was done and done right. They make quality work a high priority. The end product was beyond expectations. I would highly recommend Luxz Painting to all family and friends with no hesitation.

Fantastic! The crew arrived right on time (actually a little early) looked around and explained exactly what they were going to do, and in what order. They moved furniture and covered it with plastic, taped the trim and made some patches to the corners. Plus, they patched an area next to the stairs. They did two coats on the walls and then painted the trim. After, they moved everything back. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and will definitely use Luxz Painting again.

It went very smoothly. Eddie created a timeline and was able to keep to it. His workers kept a very strict time schedule allowing us to live with as little interruption as possible. They basically repainted our home and refinished our front door. He also kept to budget as we were doing major renovations and being on budget is very important. He was brought in to correct the paint job of a very unscrupulous painter, Toni Allen of Painting Pro Plus LLC. She doesn't pay her workers and misrepresents herself to get money from customers. Toni Allen of Painting Pro Plus LLC is no longer allowed to advertise on Angie's List. She delayed our moving date, never finished the project, did not show up for 2 weeks, took other jobs in the middle of ours, asked us to pay her car note as she was unable to take a credit card payment directly, doesn't have a credit card to leave on file with home depot to rent a sander, and is under investigation for fraud. Eddie helped us correct the damage she had done to the house, was within budget, was very professional, and highly skilled.

The Luxz crew did an excellent job painting our house. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The owner, Eddie, is very helpful, responsive, and professional, and all the painters are very friendly and easy to work with. I'll definitely call them back for future work.

They were quick and very friendly. They got back to me right away. Once they were in the house, they worked very quickly. I was amazed at how fast they were able to finish the job.

Luxz Painting & Design, Inc. did an excellent job painting my patio deck. They are very professional and did exactly what was specified on the estimate. They did a good job from beginning to end including the prep. work consisting of power washing mildew areas, taping and covering areas and finally priming the bare wood and finishing with two coats of satin gloss paint. Cleanup afterward was also very good. Mr. Torres, the owner came by to inspect the final work to make sure everything was perfect and to make sure I was happy with the work - a very professional touch. I would not hesitate to hire Luzx Painting again on future painting projects.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. The whole thing from start to finish was handled in a very friendly and professional manner. Painters arrived on time and were careful to cover furniture, etc. in the rooms. I also requested that the painting be done before my sister arrived for a visit. They were able to do this for me so that the house looked great when she arrived! It really meant alot that they were able to do the job when i needed them to. Luxe Painting did a beautiful job of painting the exterior of my home. They made some minor repairs on the siding where needed. The cleaned up each day and afterwards. They also pressure washed my driveway and sidewalk. My house looks great!

Eddie and his entire team were beyond professional. The office staff was also great! I was kept in the loop every step of the way and you could tell they all really care about their customer's satisfaction. I seriously cannot say enough good things about using them for our house. They really went above and beyond to the point that I assumed we'd be paying a little more than our quote... but no, original price. They're just that great! We were on a time crunch and they worked all the way through the weekend to make sure we were able to move in on time. Not only we're no corners cut, but they added to their work if they realized something wasn't going to look right. Eddie and his team are true professionals and really know their craft. We're also going to have them paint the exterior of our house.

Complete Professionals We had Eddie and his team at Luxz painting do the exterior of our home. I cannot speak highly enough of their quality of work, promptness of service, competitive rates, and overall professionalism. We had recently purchased an older home that required a suite of contractors to get it up to speed, and to be blunt, to date have generally been disappointed with the handful of separate crews/companies that we contracted. The only shining exception thus far has been the Luxz team. They gave us a very accurate window of when they would complete the work, put in full and long days (in the middle of the August heat no less), did end of day walk arounds to review daily progress, advised as to appropriate color palettes, and came in exactly with the quoted range. Additionally, Eddie had brought in competent and competitive welders and wood work professionals to fix both an iron gate and repair some rotten wood. This was all done within the span of a few days while the painting was being complete. If only Luxz did electrical, plumbing, and general contracting we would have a one stop shop for all our home needs. Gratefully, Paul and Marla

Luxz Painting did a fantastic job in the work that needed to be done prior to the painting as well as the painting itself. Carpentry work needed to be done as well as much prep work before the actual painting. All was done in a great and professional manner. The painters went above and beyond what I expected and were most delightful to work with on my project.

As a homeowner I have worked with many painters in the past but, I have never worked with one as professional and first class as Eddie Torres and his staff!! They are true professionals at the jobs they perform! They were always punctual and always cleaned up for the day. Eddie Torres first came to my home to measure and to give me an estimate, he said he would have the quote to me within 48 hours and he did just that. We signed a contract and the work began, unfortunately it was during all the rain that we had in the Sugar Land area so, they had to work in between the rainy days. Eddie's employees were always courteous and respectful and I said earlier ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL and they only use first grade quality products. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a painting contractor for interior or exterior. I will certainly use them again!

Luxz painters performed pressure washing and caulking, and then painted exterior siding, doors, and patio. Over the years I worked with many contractors for home projects and I monitor how they perform the project. I would grade these guys high for their professionalism and the value of the work they delivered. All the painters were very nice and easy to work with…. they listen to our opinions and painted again some surfaces if needed. We were very happy with how the home finally looked like beating our expectations. Overall very positive experience.

Each day they cleaned up. Final day they made sure everything was clean. Went so far as to clean outside windows

Eddie provided an accurate estimate of when he could start the work, was honest about the best way to paint the problem areas, completed the work on-time, including doing a few touch-ups without complaint after the walkthrough. I couldn't tell there were any paint problems once he was done.

We purchased a Big Deal for three hours of pressure washing for $125. After a couple of glitches in scheduling, Giancarlo met us at our vacation home. He pressure washed the entire facade and paid special attention to the areas we pointed out. He had time left at the end and pressure washed several other things we asked for including the car, pedal boat, carport floor and fish cleaning station. We were very impressed with the job he did and we plan to call him again next year. Everyone we came in contact with at Luxz was incredibly courteous and interested in making us happy. I even got a reply from Eddie, the owner, to an email I sent on a Sunday. I didn't expect an answer until Monday. I would highly recommend Luxz for your pressure washing needs. We're now thinking of getting a bid from them for a bit of exterior painting we need. You will not go wrong if you hire Luxz.

I have had my house pressure washed before but it never looked this good. It looks like my house has just been painted. The house and the whole yard is so bright now. Giancarlos was very good, professional and polite, I will use Luxz from now on. What wonderful experience!

Luxz Painting & Design is a gem of a company and deserves A+ in every category. I had worked with many painting companies and other trades in the past for my previous home remodels but this company beats them all hands down in terms of professionalism, quality of work and pricing. I originally bought the $1,499 Big Deal which included 2,000 square feet of wall space interior painting with premium paint, but shortly into the project I was so impressed with the way things were going that I expanded the scope and added several more rooms. Eddie, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure that this client is happy. Besides the initial consultation visit, Eddie came by several times, even in the evenings or weekends, to do test paint to make sure I was happy with the colors before the crew started painting, to check on the work and to do a thorough inspection at the end to make sure everything was done to his, and mine, satisfaction. Eddie is most professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He maintained frequent contact throughout the process and returned calls and texts quickly. The team of three, Jose, Octavio and Raul, worked non-stop over 4 days. My new house has many tall, detailed tray ceilings and rounded corners which made for a difficult and labor intensive job but this highly skilled team pulled it off impeccably. My husband is so impressed with their skills and the quality of their work that he thinks of them as artists. We want to thank Eddie and his crew for transforming our new house into a beautiful home and highly recommend this fine company.
