We provide up front pricing and start work only after the customer understands, in writing, the service we are going to provide, including the total cost. The service was excellent and accommodated difficulties with the electric service provider and the carrier ( Centerpoint ) . He stayed trying to finish the job until 10 due to delay by field workers from centerpoint.
