Provider was very punctual and helpful answering all of our questions. The serviceman that was sent out was friendly and knowledgeable.

It was fine. They didn't do something with the termites. They didn't spray inside for roaches. That was something I thought that was a little bit confusing.

I purchased this service as there were 4-5 ant mounts around my home and also to control the spiders. But the main issues is the fire ants around the house and the back yard. I bought this service because of the less price and I thought they would provide the good service. But the service they provided for my house was not good at all. I could see that they just sprayed something inside house and spread other pests around the house very quickly and no back yard treatment at all. I waited 1-2 weeks hoping that the ants would go away but I did not see even 1% improvement. I am really regretting for buying this cheap deal which is not professional at all. After 3 weeks of service I should have purchased service from other provider who did good job and now I could see a lot of improvement in the situation. I am hoping to get the refund back from the provider/Angie's list. Otherwise it will be a big loss for me.

Great. My technician, Devin, is courteous and prompt. For my first service, I completely forgot about the appointment, but luckily people were painting the house that day and he was able to access everything he needed. He kept me updated via text message. He was really nice about be forgetting. I later hired Long Point Pest to close up all the bird and bug access points in the roof.

They were most helpful in email and phone. The exterminator arrived, told me exactly what he was going to do since this was our first experience with an exterminator. He sprayed the house, attic and garage. He 'hit' some problem areas with a bit more spray. He placed granules outside. We signed a year's contract, so he will be back quarterly to do more outside treatment only. We seem to not have as many bugs on the inside. We definitely think the annual contract is a good deal and so far are pleased with the work performed.

We've been through 2 quarters of the annual quarterly service now, with no complaints. They have even come out an extra time to redo the entire inside/outside when we saw some increased insect activity in a few places. Great service for the price, very professional technician.

They're actually coming back because I have some ants which came after they had treated. They weren't initially treating for ants. They're just treating because I needed an annual pest extermination treatment. It's not necessarily their fault. It's just a little disappointing that I have ants come in after I had them do the treatment. I didn't pay more than the "Big Deal" because I had no infestation. They've been pretty responsive and they tried to work around my schedule. They're polite.

I'm very satisfied with Long Point Pest Control. I have quarterly service for bug prevention. They send me a postcard when the next treatment is due, and it's easy to schedule each appointment. They are easy to work with if I need to change an appointment. The same person (Devin) has always come to my home. He is friendly and professional. He is always on time. Often, for a few days after the service, there are few more dead bugs around, but that must mean the spray is working. We rarely have any kind of live bugs in the house. I am completely satisfied with their service, and plan to continue using them indefinitely.

I got them through Angie's List. They were expensive and didn't follow-up. There was a specific service that I wanted and they gave me an assessment. They said that for a large amount of money they would do it. They never followed up with an appointment and in the mean time I got it done for about one-fifth of the cost. They only came out one time. I told them that I had carpenter bees and that's what they said I had. They didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know. I never heard from them again. They did show up on time. He acted professionally.

Timely, professional, willing to explain what they are doing, and why. Easy to set up quarter visits, as they send a postcard reminder along with electronic contact.

Best pest control technician I've ever dealt with.

Still seeing silverfish 3+ months later - still seeing roaches (not german roaches) and overall not seeing any relief in the insects. Now this may be because they did not spary the yard as well - which they could not do because of the weather.

He was punctual called when he got there and detailed exactly what he was going to do. Thought I needed some more spraying after the fact and he came back and applied some more. Thought the service was excellent and would recommend them to others

Efficient, professional, knowledgeable service. From scheduling the appointment to the actual service performed.....everything went well. Devin is cheerful and professional. He answered all of my questions and offered superior customer service. In particular, I appreciated his "less is more" philosophy. He didn't try to upsell me, or offer services I didn't need. These guys are so good! I use them for our regular pest control service, but I just call when I want them to come out. I had been hearing buzzing under the siding and was very concerned there was a wasp or hornet nest. They were quick to send out a technician who examined the location, and even went in the attic to make sure there wasn't anything up there. Turns out I had a mud dauber which is not any concern. For this peace of mind I wasn't charged anything.

Showed up on time and did the job well. There was a little mix up, I called the company and it was promptly fixed with no issues.

I bought this deal, but then found out I had German roaches, so ended up not using the deal, but going with this company anyway. They're honest, quick, and thorough. They walked me through the process to get rid of the roaches, and they have reasonable pricing.

The office staff was very helpful even suggesting ways that I might fix my problem without having a service. Paul, the technician was on time and explained everything he did. He did not try to sell me extra services. I will have this company back when I need more services.

Long Point did the termite/WDI inspection for a house we considered buying. Our inspector was thorough and efficient, and took all the time we needed to go over his findings in detail before leaving the property. He also provided suggestions for future preventive treatment, and offered to perform the home's first pest control service for free. The only downside is they were a bit more expensive than other providers, but I think we got our money's worth. Great experience, would use again.

When I scheduled my service I was not told that if we had German roaches that the Angies List price would not cover the cost. So I had to pay the same amount paid to Angies List and still have roaches! Paid twice with not positive results.

Traps haven't been used. The service was very good.

We have used them for 18 years. They are good, prompt and there is no hustle.

They're wonderful! Every Christmas, they send a $5 gift card and I've always used it; it's a nice gesture. They're very good at letting me know when the next quarter is. They're always right on time, or early and will wait for the appointment time. They also call if they're running late.

That service has been terrific. They have been out twice now. They have a very friendly service and have done everything I needed them to do. They are quick and effective. They are treating for general bugs.
