Description of Work: We had been experiencing bugs in our backyard that stung us when we walked in grass or flower beds. Since we had not seen them, the technician called them "no see ums " . His equipment didn't work and he had to call another truck. By the time the other truck came, he had cranked up the equipment. Result so: it did not rid us of the problem.

Description of Work: Very honest company. Came out to look at a potential problem in the house. The inspector explained to my husband how he could treat the problem himself. This saved us money and I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

Description of Work: Good service and prompt. I think the deal was misleading though. The $300 is listed as annual contract for pest control but it is for the 1 initial and 3 quarterly services only. If you see more bugs between the visits it is an extra charge for them to come out and the remaining 3 visits are only for the exterior of the home. There are other service providers who charge the same amount but will come out between quarterly visits for no extra charge if there is an issue.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angie's list for a year's worth of treatments (4 quarterly visits). I was immediately contacted by Long Point after purchasing the deal through Angie's list. After learning the square footage of my home was so small (1100 SF bungalow), their representative informed me that treating my home would actually be cheaper than the price I paid on Angie's list. They offered to cancel my original Angie's list purchase from their end, but I told them we could just apply the difference to additional services I was planning to have performed (termite prevention). The technician, Devon, was punctual, professional, and courteous. I'm very happy with the service, and I plan to have the preventative termite treatment performed as soon as all of the current renovation work wraps up (no active termite infestation at this time).

He was able to explain the procedure at hand, and the necessary steps to take after his work was complete to assure the best results. I would, without a doubt, use this company again (not that I want to have to use an exterminator again).

Description of Work: Free termite inspection. Inspected main house and mother-in-laws house. Main house was clear of wood boring insects but MIL had flying termites. They only do tenting for that kind of termite, and will not do "spot" treatment. Currenly I am getting bids from service providers.
