Description of Work: I took the annual pest control package from them. I am not very happy with the overall quality of pest control they provided. I still see ants in my home. If they sparyed externally on my home perimeter, these ants shouldn't be there because the treatment should prevent pests from entering my home. I will use a different pest control company in the future.

Response from Long Point Pest Control
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the Annual Pest Control Package. The Annual Pest Control Package is our General Pest Control service and consists of an interior and exterior treatment on the first visit and exterior treatments for the remaining three services. Knowing this, our technician did spray the interior at a later service because of an ongoing ant problem. Our general pest control service does not cover all pests. Other pests can require a separate treatment method using a different insecticide. The ant problem that you had did require a separate treatment and a proposal was sent to you. With that said, I know that it can be frustrating that one service does not cover every single house pest. When we see a problem that is not covered by our general pest control, we inform the customer and then we will send a proposal for treatment. We are always available to answer any questions that anyone may have regarding the proposal or any service that we perform.

Description of Work: This was the first, initial visit. He sprayed around the house, and treated my patio overhang for carpenter bees. They, also, treated for carpenter ants, which he found. The next , quarterly, visit, will be, around $65.00, which is standard. I was , very, pleased, and plan to use Long Point for termite prevention treatment. He was, very, informative, and very pleasant to work with.
