They did a good job and I had them follow up. There was a warranty and it worked out just fine.

As part of the standard service, the attic is scheduled for a bomb. After the last guy came and clearly stated "I put one in the attic right next to the door." 2 weeks later, I found cobwebs and bugs (alive) on the attic door. **** UPDATE: AUG 13 2010 Kim from Long Point contacted and made every effort to solve the issue. She has contacted me to clearly understand my requirements and has implemented a solution that solves my issues. I believe that the attention and dedication of the technician Joey will ensure all issues are resolved. **** UPDATE: Aug 14, 2014 We have used Long Point for several years. The technician assigned, Joey, provided fantastic service and made every effort to ensure that our family never worried about pests. Sadly, all good things come to an end and Joey left Long Point. To their credit, Long Point has sent several technicians in an attempt to duplicate the service Joey provided. Sadly, those efforts have not worked. We have had several conversations with the Service Manager and Owner. These conversations have focused on the inherent challenges protecting our home as opposed to solutions required to prevent. In other words, excuses. Our goal is to remember the possibility with Long Point and not our recent frustrations. If our service doesn't improve, as family we will actively look for an alternative partner.

We have used them for years in our old house and just moved to another house and are using them again. They use effective sprays in their treatments. In our new house we have had a variety of bugs visit us and they have come out 2-3 for free followup treatments after the initial quarterly treatment for ants, silverfish & roaches. They try to have the same person come out so they get to know the house & neighborhood over time. Our person is very knowledgeable about bugs. We will also use them to install a mosquito system through Coastal Mister.

The service man called and appeared right on time. He went about his business spraying bugs in all nooks and crannies. Dead hemorrhaging bugs are appearing on a daily basis! Good job!

Everything has worked out fine with them. They come out when they say they are going to, and they come out at the right time. I am satisfied with the work. I spend about $85 when they come out, which I think is the normal price for quarterly pest control. I would use them again in the future.

They are very reputable. They are very prompt. They always follow up on quarterly services.

Service as promised. The technician walked the property with me to show me areas of concern (places on the exterior of home where bug/rodents could enter).

We have been using the company for over three years and had a very good experience. The company reps do the job as promised. We have only two cases over three years when the rep was about 20-30 minutes late to perform pest control without calling us. When any additional treatment is needed, the rep explains the treatments, their effectiveness and price, allowing us to make the right choice.

They had to make the holes everywhere even the screened in prorch. They even did them so that they didn't drill through the terra cotta slabs. They put it in the holes between pavers. They plugged it with the same color grout that was there already.

The technician arrived approximately 10 minutes past the scheduled time. The technician sprayed each room in the interior of the house. He then treated the foundation around the house and garage.

The men that come to do the spraying are always punctual and very respectful of our home and time schedules. They are very courteous and professional.

This company does a good job of exterminating the bugs. I never see any. Their responsiveness is also top quality. I think they charge too much though, so I would not hire them again.

I was very disappointed with this company. They sent someone out to look at the problem and were supposed to get right back with me on the estimate. No one ever did. I tried many times to reach them and left messages but none were ever returned.

They initially did the pest control inspection when we bought our house. Now for the past 2 years, we have scheduled their service quarterly to keep general household pests controlled. The technicians are always very professional and courteous. They routinely remove their shoes before entering the house. They are on-time and are often available on Saturdays and some early evenings, which is very convenient for our schedule.

Ever since we bought our house five years ago and had them tent the house to treat drywood termites, we have used them for our annual termite and wood destroying insect inspection. They always do a good job, thoroughly inspecting the interior and exterior (including under the house; we have a pier and beam) and explaining their findings.

They come out once a year to spray for termites and general pests. They also inspect the house to make sure the house is termite free. They stand behind their work and guarantee that they will come out to take care of any termite problem that occurs. They are very professional and courteous. I feel that they do an overall good job for us.

I think they went the extra mile as they even put rodent poisoning in the attic of my house and the garage. They are very professional and courteous every time they come out to do the work. I am impressed that they come out on time and every three months without having to be called. They are very careful with all the chemicals that they use.

Long Point took my call quickly and came by to give an estimate. Their prices were quite good and they said they would also fumigate the attic and check for termites. The treatment was scheduled immediately and the technician got right to work. He sprayed inside and outside for roaches and other bugs and fumigated the attic. I had these little pesky critters in my floor and they were all through the cabinet. The technician got rid of them. Before leaving, he checked the crawl space and around the house for termites.
