Mike's team did a good job instead our carpet.

Mike remodeled my bathroom well. But, when he installed the window he installed a vertical window horizontally and it leaked so I called mike it took him 3 weeks to respond to me then he was supposed to order the right window after 2 months with the window leaking I fired him and hired someone that knew what they doing he does bathroom ok I would never recommend or use him ever he never respond to you.

I am very pleased with the runner install but I felt customer service was lacking. It took much longer than expected for the carpet order to arrive but I was never contacted and told anything at all about the delay. I had to keep calling for updates. Would have been nice to have been kept in the loop with regular updates since it took almost a month longer that I was told originally. However, I would use this company again because of the quality of the work and the pricing.
