Description of Work: They fixed a hole in the drywall ceiling due to a recent pipe leak repair. The workers were very efficient, professional and knew what they were doing. They painted over and made sure it matched the surrounding wall. Very pleased with the result!

Description of Work: They patched holes throughout the house due to having the house re-piped. Excellent work and quick.

Description of Work: Second time I've used Levinson's Construction, the first time for wallpaper removal, this time to replace drywall for one wall in kitchen. I was scheduled for a later date, but they were able to fit my job in ahead of time. Total time was under 4 hours for the replacement of an exterior wall with insulation and mold resistant drywall. I was very happy with the service done, they were friendly and gave me input on my options. I had intended to have my entire kitchen done, but it was simply not within my budget, had it been, I would have had them complete that work as well. I plan to use Levinson's for future work given the superior workmanship, reasonable price, and responsiveness.

Description of Work: There was a partial collapse of the kitchen ceiling, the dry wall needed to be replaced and the ceiling painted. Levinson came out gave me an estimate and fixed the ceiling. It was about 6 X 12' area. The pattern on ceiling is really hard to match, but Alex would try and not like the match, it took 4 tries and he got it right, I am glad that he would not accept an OK match and tried until it was unnoticeable. April is the person giving the bid and inspecting the finished job. She is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I will use this Company in the future. Included in the cost is also a small ceiling area in another room that was repaired.

Description of Work: Replace sheetrock on the ceiling in my garage.

Description of Work: Worked diligently the whole time and stayed extra time for free to help finish up and clean.

Description of Work: They squeezed me in to their busy schedule promptly, showed up on time and worked hard removing a lot of stubborn wallpaper. They left a lot of little scraps clinging here and there which we had to finish removing after they left, but they asked me if I wanted them to prep the wall for painting, and I said no, so maybe removing the scraps was part of what they consider prepping the wall. Altogether very nice workmen. I was just surprised at how expensive wallpaper removal is!

Description of Work: Levinson's repaired several areas of damaged sheetrock in our house due to leaks and a bit of normal settling, wear and tear, etc. April was very responsive, friendly and the price for the service was fair. | |The sheetrock work looks good but my only complaint was that they did a fairly poor job of repainting. We had purchased most of the paint required for them to do the repainting once the repairs were done but forgot to get white flat paint for the ceiling. They had some in the van with them that they used to repaint even though it didn't match the existing white. They had run out to get one other color that we had missed so it would have been nice if they'd asked if I would like them to pick up the white as well. There was also paint on a few areas there should not have been (window frames, etc.). | |All in all I think they did a pretty good job and would probably use them again but would make sure they take a bit more care in repainting.

Provided materials and additional cost (disclosed beforehand). |I purchased a big deal for $175, but the work I had them do more than three hours. They were upfront before they began, and let me know that it most likely would take longer, and they disclosed to me the hourly rate for any additional work. The work was of good quality, and I'm pleased with it.
