Description of Work: Hard to rate since I never met anyone in person. Wanted crown moulding installed, art niche installed and quote for stripping, painting, hanging and hardware replacement for all interior doors (vintage wood doors from salvage). Unfortunately they were sick and unable to come on the scheduled day. They did call me at 8:00 (the appointment was at 9:00) to cancel so I was able to make it to work and did not miss time which is important. They were unsure of when they would be well enough to come back and said they would call. After a week of not hearing back I decided they were probably not interested in the job and called someone else.

Description of Work: bought an Angie's deal for $275 for 3 hours wall paper removal in a small 5 X 6 guest bathroom. The Job ended up taking twice as long and cost twice as much. In their defense the guy was working the whole time but the deal was was no deal at all. I would have much rather have been quoted a flat fee, that way I would have a realistic cost. but the time my 3 hours were up, my walls were half torn off and I pretty much had to pay double to finish the job.

+ 1 moreWell, April came out and gave us an estimate to paint our garage apt. After looking it over, she got back to us about a week later and gave us a written estimate. (We weren't in a hurry to get it done.) We were pleasantly surprised to find that her estimate included paint and supplies. They showed up the next day and were finished by day two. They put everything back in order where they found it. We were pleased with the customer satisfaction guarantee and friendly painters!
Description of Work: Interior apt. painted and sheetrock repaired. Some wall paper removed as well. April is very customer oriented.
