Crew arrived on time and worked with a steamer to remove wallpaper. Two people worked for about 3 hours and the job was done. So six man hours total. They were professional and friendly and cleaned up when they were done. I am happy with the results.

I called to confirm the work to be done; Ms. Levinson and her crew came and did perfectly in removing the wallpaper in one room..leaving the room totally cleaned up. They arrived punctual on the second visit and worked until the job was completed. I was in awe of their skill and talent in removing the wallpaper, texturing and painting. I even got advise on paint colors which worked out really GREAT. I quickly felt they were like family and had my best interest in this remodeling. The price of the job was well in the range for the excellent quality of work done. We are all thrilled with the job done on our power room and kitchen. The rooms were cleaned up very well when the job was completed. We would highly recommend Levinson's Contruction for any job. Ms. Levinson and her staff are honest and very skilled and talented in their field.

My two dogs together found a way to dig a 2x2 ft hole through the drywall. I purchased the $99 special through Angies list. The scheduling was very easy, they arrived on time and did a great job fixing my drywall. Very impressed and will certainly recommend to anyone without hesitation.

They arrived on time, were professional and courteous. We purchased a BIG DEAL for $99 for wallpaper removal. Completed the job in less than the time alloted and offered to patch the drywall where it needed it, for no extra charge. They did a great job and I would use them again.

It was a coupon special--I believe 4 hours of wallpaper removal and prep for $99.00. The crew turned up with 3 (or 4, can't remember exactly) people, so they only worked for about 1.5 to 2 hours. They didn't get the wallpaper removed, and in the process messed up the drywall. I ended up having to hire someone else to fix the drywall and complete the job. Would not hire them again.

Work was excellent. Communication was ongoing and thorough. Cooperation was very good.

She was very professional, reliable, honest, and completely repaired my drywall. She did a really great job. I would definitely use her again.

Due to a leak from the 2nd floor bathroom, we had some drywall damage on the office ceiling. A section needed to be cut out and replaced. They were prompt, efficient and did an excellent job.

They were very focused and did a very good job. They were clean, friendly, and transparent about the charges before they began. My special was 99 for 4 hours or 2 hours for 2 people which is what they did. They went an additional hour and charged 85 more. The only recommendation I have is better communication prior to them arriving.

I paid $99.00 for 3-Hours of drywall work. As it turned out (2) contractors showed up, which took my hours down to 1.5. The actual drywaller got busy, replaced some bad sheetrock and began to tape and float. Then the 2nd contractor left, stating she had to go get a tarp at Home Depot. She was gone approximately 50 minutes. In the end, I did get my drywall replaced, taped and floated, but had more that could have been done had both the contractors been on the job. So, I spent $99.00 to get a 2' X 3' piece of drywall replaced - good deal???

They came and removed the wall paper in the kitchen and front hall and prepared the wall for paint. I suggested they do the master bath. They did not finish it and had to return 2 days later to finish it. They suggested the paint colors which I liked very much. The job turned out very well I thought. They protected the parts that needed to be protected. I thought the paint job was neat and they cleaned everything up. I would have liked to have had an invoice for the work done. She did not have any paper invoices with her. I thought she would send me one but she did not. I would use this company again. They did a very good job.

I do indeed recommend them but you must realize the job you are asking to be accomplished in a short time most likely won't won't yield the finish you wish unless it is textured which they do very well.

I purchased the $99 3 hour special in May of this year. I contacted Ms. Levinson at that time, and again multiple times via email, and also had phone conversations related to meeting for an estimate on the entire scope of the job. There were some issues with responsiveness and her getting back to me with a timeframe, her schedule being heavy and her not being able to meet with me before or after work hours or on the weekend. We did finally agree on a date for her to meet and discuss with me what she anticipated would be involved, but only after I indicated in my last email to her that I wanted my money back if we could not get this scheduled. I provided her with several dates that I would be available. She indicated via phone that she would be able to come by at 9a.m. 8/22, and contacted me to confirm this 2 days prior. At that time she informed me she would have someone with her and they would be able to do the work that day. They arrived promptly, were not really able to give me an estimate, citing unknown variables, so I agreed to using the already purchased amount of time and to decide from there whether I wanted her to continue or not. I did end up having them do the majority of the repairs. They worked quickly, did what appears to be a good job, covered my floors and furnishings, moved smaller items and cleaned up thoroughly on completion. There was minimal mess compared to other times I have had sheet rock work done. Overall less time was spent than I originally anticipated based on our discussion. I would consider using this company again.

No comment on their level of service. There was no response to my inquiry.

I have used April's company before for interior painting and have always been very satisfied with their work. This job was not any different. They did such a great job that it is hard to tell where the repairs are. I will continue to use them, because everyone who works for April is very courteous and respectful of my house. They always clean up after themselves and leave the house looking great. I never have to go after they leave and clean up. Being a woman is not easy when dealing with some contractors. So when I find a contractor who is willing to work with me, it is a nice experience. April is very easy to work with.

They came out as scheduled and performed the repairs. They did a wonderful job. They were very professional. The crew came out and started the work as scheduled and the owner came out to check on the work. They did the work and cleaned up before they left. We have contacted Levinson's Construction to do some additional work for us and will be scheduling the work shortly. I highly recommend this company as they are very prfessional and did a great job.

Originally purchased the special of 3 hours work for $99. Upon inspection I was told it would take close to 6 hours for everything I wanted to do. I purchased another 3 hour special on the spot and the work started. All holes were patched and textured to match surrounding ceiling. Good work. Workers were on time and worked the entire 6 hours.

I bought a coupon through Angie's List nearly a year ago to have some wallpaper removed,it was like $125 for four man hours worth of work. I work out of town and I had finally gotten to schedule an appointment recently. April came over and I showed her the wallpaper that needed removing, and she grimaced. it was going to be a tough job, no doubt. I also showed her where my plumber had cut access holes in my sheetrock in several places throughout the house. I wanted to get those holes patched as well, at least temporarily. We discussed pricing, knowing that the coupon would only put a small dent in the total price with all of the wallpaper that I had to have removed AND the sheetrock work. I had to balk at the hourly rate, it just seemed too high for two people running a steam machine and removing wallpaper, when we were discussing it April reminded me that it was for two people, and that since the job was going to be a big one, she would call in a third person for only and extra $15 an hour. This seemed acceptable to me, bringing the hourly rate in line with other contractors I'd interviewed, and we agreed that the next available day that April had free, we'd get this job done. On a Friday, April called and said that she had an appointment for Monday that had cancelled, and asked if I would be available to have the work done then. I was more than pleased to get the job done and accepted. Monday morning, two of the crew from Levinson's arrived at my house at the agreed-upon time and I showed them the tasks that needed to be completed. They went to work removing the wallpaper immediately, and found that the job was worse than feared - there were several layers of paper on the wall. I had to run some errands and came back a couple of hours later to find the same two workers, tediously picking away at the wallpaper, but no third worker. I left again for an appointment and came back a few hours later to find that a third person had come to bring lunch for the first two, but was gone already. At the end of the day, I was charged for two people throughout the day, and a third person for two hours. This job ended up taking all day, and I realize that it was a large job, but with a third person, hours (plural) could have been shaved off of it, and I would not have paid the better part of a thousand dollar bill for this work. I only agreed to the work after I was told that there would be a third person there working at the reduced rate, and I feel as though I was cheated, and taken advantage of because I am peaceful, laid back guy. I did not argue about the charges at the time, I was stunned that the job and transaction went as it did, I had certainly expected better.

They removed the wallpaper from my bathrooms, treated the walls, textured and painted. They also painted the bedroom walls, ceiling, and trim. They worked very hard and it was worth every penny of work. It only took them two days to complete. I am having more work done next month. I highly recommend them.

I would absolutely use Levinson's Construction again for drywall, and painting work.
