I think it took them a little longer than expected but they had a great attitude and did a good job. They began by peeling the paper (2 people) off the kitchen walls and then prepped the wall and applied primer. They did a good job cleaning up and I would definitely use them again.

Came on time as promised. Completed job by end of day. I am very happy with the job and will most definitely use again. It is so nice to find someone that cares about their customers.

After finally identifying the source of the leak and securing it, i was left with completely destroyed walls. I called April based on previous reviews i had read on her and i had a coupon from Angie's list for 2hours of work and i have no regrets. April came at the agreeded upon time, performed her analysis and provided an estimate on how much it would be to complete the work, after the two hours of work were completed. She was very professional and very detailed in her analysis and explanation of the repair work. I will definately use April again and recommend her service to anyone.

This was a special offer for 3 hours for drywall work. I had a few areas that needed work on and it was done well - I am still waiting for one area to be finished up but since I said there was no hurry, I guess that was taken literally. I had to wait for quite a while (over a month) to get fitted in as apparently there was such a good turnout to her offer. I would definitely use their services again.

April and her crew were very professional. I had begun removing the wallpaper and it was a bear, so I wanted to call in a professional. The wallpaper removal was very time consuming since it was avery small tight space and the wallpaper was very hard to remove. It required more time than the purchased certificate allowed. However, after it was removed and the wall was prepped, it looked wonderful. All the sheetrock repair and paint touhups that were done after removing intercom boxes, telephone jacks and medicine cabinet were excellent. You can't tell that they these walls were patched, the repair is seamless. The crown molding and ceiling in the bedroom made such a wonderful difference and the bathrooms also look wonderful. For all the work that was done, I think the price was quite reasonable. I fully intend to use Levinson Construction again and would highly recommend using their services.

It turned out well. The initial repair ended up leaking through so they came back and sealed it again and repainted it, that did the trick.

I had removed (scraped) texture from my downstairsbathroom wall and was unable to achieve a smooth reapplication of joint compound myself so I began looking for someone to do the work. I received anemail from Angie's List for a member?s coupon from Levinson's Construction. Itlooked like a good deal and Levinson's was in the business doing the work I needed done. So I purchased the coupon and called April Levinson to arrange anappointment to do the work. It took a day or two to get a call back but that wasacceptable as explained by April. Unfortunately April said that she was booked solid for the next three weeks and it would be at least that long before shewould be able to book an appoint. So it would be about four weeks to get to me. After I explained that the area to be re plastered was only around 100 square feet and I figured would take less than 2 hours to apply she said she would keep watch on her work schedule and if an opportunity arose she would give me a call to reschedule. Approximately a week later April called and said she could come out on the coming Friday at 9 am if that was acceptable and for me that was great. It meant I could proceed on the remodel of the bathroom 3 weeks earlier than I thought. April arrived with one crew member and was right on time. As the bathroom is so small, just a half bath, no more than one person could work in there at a time anyway so one worker was enough. After discussing that all I needed was a smooth application of compound, no texture at all, it took about an hour to finish the application. They brought in a fan to help with the drying so they could do the finish sanding but after more than 30 minutes it was quite evident that the humidity level was so high that it would take a few hours for the compound to dry sufficiently enough to sand. I made the decision to let the walls dry on their own and I would accept the responsibility to do the sanding myself. I made this decision after inspecting the work that was done and determining there would be very little sanding as the application of the compound was very smooth and level.

They failed to remove the wallpaper from behind one of the toilets and did not tell me. I only noticed it later.

She was efficient and worked well with the obstacles going on at the time. Brought all the supplies with her to complete the job and had a very nice professional way with her. She arrived with a helper and told me up front that I had purchased 3 total hours of work and that means that if the job took more than 1 1/2 hours additional time would be billed on an hourly basis. I had no problem with that. It worked out great for me as her assistant did an amazing job repairing the ceiling and while that was going on she repaired the missing drywall at numerous outlets. After her ace assistant textured the ceiling he went thru out the house and applied the texture at all the repairs she made. They worked non stop and it took longer than the 3 man hours I had purchased. When completed I was expecting to pay for the supplies that were used and for at least an extra man hour. Much to my surprised I was told that the supplies and added time would not be charged. When was the last time a repair person did a perfect job, went over the time and gave up the supplies used for free? TODAY! The price of repairing the ceiling was 1/2 of what I had been quoted from a local painter/drywall and I got ALL the extra work done as well. My Angie membership has been payed for many times over by my savings on the first coupon/daily special I used.

Prompt, friendly and courteous. Great job done. I would highly recomend.

Came in, took a look at the two openings, assessed what was needed, positioned their ladder, moved a few pieces of furniture, draped the area and proceeded to patch and texture. Were efficient, friendly, clean and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with them and having them explain the procedure. Cleaned up after themselves and were done in no time! EXCELLENT WORK and work ethics. Work looked terrific; once the paint was applied, could not tell where the openings had been!!

They did an excellent job. I had one room that had tissue wall paper with paint over it. It was that way when I purchased the home. April and her crew did an excellent job removing and repairing the walls before painting. I would definitely use them again.

Workers encountered more damage than expected but they stayed with the job until finished---and yet maintained a reasonable price for the amount of work done. I would use them again.

Everything turned out great. They showed up on time which was at 9:00am. I showed them what I needed done which was the drywall needed to be fixed in the guest bedroom where we had a leak from a flashing on our roof. The good thing is that they didn't need to replace the drywall on the ceiling. It just needed to be repainted,textured and painted. I had them touch up some other areas of the house with paint and it turned out great. They were very quick and professional and I would use them again.

Overall very pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work and how hard the workers worked. However, it was a very long day as they needed to get everything done that day as they were already booked for the following day. April and her crew were so good to work with though that it was pleasant having them in my house.

There's not much to say - everything went well.

Levinson's Construction were professional, they did a really good job. There were a few places where they didn't get the paper off really good, just a little bit.

The work was first rate at a very fair price.

I had a coupon, but I had to pay them more because they said that they were only contracted for a certain amount of time and it took longer to do. It seemed like that was the price for two people, but they had more people with them. I felt they didn't do right regarding the price and charged more than they were supposed to. I wouldn't use them again. They didn't show up when they were supposed to and I had to call them several times. They told me it was a storm that knocked out their communications and it was kind of a fly-by-night kind of thing.

They completed the work expertly and without any problems. They also kept the place tidy. I would use them again.

We were on a tight schedule during a remodel before we officially moved into the home. April called back and showed interest, even though it was a small job, but for us it was mission critical. She had a special running at the same time and was booked pretty solid within the time frame that we needed her. As a result she went above and beyond to schedule the appointments, showed up on time, and worked later than she wanted to. We bought the drywall, her crew came in and put it up and they tapped. My wife and I then did the second coat in between due to April's schedule and on the 3rd coat her and her team came back and touched everything up.

April came out and tore out the damaged ceiling drywall and cleaned up the area. After the leak was repaired she came back out and finished the job. She did a terrific job and I would recommend her to anyone.

I called to set it up. April said that she books one job per day so they can start early. They arrived when expected and went right to work. There was a time element, since I purchased one of the "Big Deals". They did everything to finish within that time period, but the job was too large. It cost me a little extra but they were upfront and reasonable. I painted over the next weekend and it looks great. They made me a hero.
