Ordered the special. Gave no. for my wife. No response. GOing to have to cancel and do something else

Very good job. Did all that was requested.

Scheduling was a problem because they had to cancel on us due to a sickness. When we rescheduled, they came late because of another issue, but they did come later. It pushed the project completion back till 8-9 at night.

It took some time to get on their schedule, but they showed up on time. Covered every thing to contain the mess and did an excellent job with the repair. They matched the existing texture and cleaned up nicely. We talked about some other work which I may call them for in the future.

The Provider does not service the area

This is the third time I have had April out for work, super work again. The only down side is she is very booked and can be 2 weeks plus to get an appointment but I was not in a hurry and wanted the work to be done right. April and her crew showed up on time and proceeded to knock out the drywall fixes, I left to run errands and when I returned home they were already painting, they took a break and then came back and finished with a second coat of paint. We did a final walk thru and everything looked great. Another excellent job!

It went well, they did a great job, fast and clean. I requested they call me to schedule additional work and April said they'd call me after the holidays, but never heard back from them - not sure if they're just too busy :-( I would have gladly used them again.

The service was fine. They were friendly and did the work efficiently. They cleaned up well and left nothing behind. I called them to schedule deal and they were on time for the appointment. When we discussed what type of paint to use in the bathroom, I told her I wanted to use flat paint to match the other bathroom. She suggested satin paint because that is common to use in the bathroom, but I told her to use flat paint. I found out later that the previous owners used shiny paint so the flat paint caused cracks all over the walls. I wish that would have been explained to me and they would have educated me. If you use them for painting, make sure you know about the type of paint you are using.

They said they could send two people for 1 1/2 hours, which was fine. I had a list of the cracks, and when they arrived, they looked at each and said it would take a day with two people doing the work. The price was more than we were prepared to pay, at the time. Meanwhile, we had another "fix-it" problem on our hands. The spring on our attic door had broken, and we couldn't get the door to stay closed without it. (This problem was a bit more urgent, because we had to rig a way to keep it closed.) They said they could fix it and apply it to the "deal" purchase. It took them the entire 1 1/2 hours...So, our attic door was repaired, but we still have cracks in our drywall. We'll have to budget for that job!

I initially filled out the Rapid Connect form for Levinsons, and they were to contact me within 2 dayds. I almost immediately received an email from them and they said they would contact me within a day or so. Well I didn't here from them for another week, and they wanted to setup a day to do an estimate. I took off a week to take care of other things around the home. Jordan, the owner said that he would get back with me on an estimate after he came to the house, since it would be more than 3 hours of work. I didnt hear from him until Monday this week. When I called the office back I spoke to April. She said that they didnt know how to price the work out and asked if she could come out and take a look at the work needing done. I asked her to get with me on a date and she said that Jordan would call me immediately when he was done with his current client. I still have not heard from him at all. I will say that Jordan was professional with me, but I would think in this line of work, that he would be more responsive. All I wanted was for them to come out and preform the 3 hours of work that I had purchased the deal for and not worry about the additional services. Jordan was supposed to get back to me, and he knew that I was off several days in a row.

They were prompt scheduling to come out, on time, very nice, and did a great job. Offered to come back out and fix something the plumber had left "undone" but never did make it back out on that. I was very impressed with their work and services, would use them again and recommend them also.

Didn't happen. Had to get my money back

Wonderful, she did what she said she would do in the time period she said she would do it. looks great.

My one complaint was the time it took to respond to the initial offer. It is the holiday season and they were very busy. On the estimate, they warned us that trying to match paint this old would be difficult. They were right as we found out when we tried to use the touch up paint I purchased. As a result they came back a second time to finish the painting. They were very friendly and responsive once the work was started and did a good job with clean up and the room looks very good with the matching they did with various shades of yellow at the boundaries. We will definitely be having them back to do more work in the future.

My husband picked the Levinsons because of their immaculate review rating, and I was not disappointed. My husband called early in the day, expecting to set an appointment for some time in the next week or so. What he got was an answer from April Levinson (presumably the owner), and, after he told her what he was looking to have done, she said someone could be out immediately. It was only a couple of hours later that Alex showed up. He was very courteous and professional. My husband showed Alex the places that needed repair, and, after working out the price with April, Alex began immediately. He completed the work in less time than originally quoted, and it turned out great. The texturing, which is seemingly impossible to get exactly right looked really good. As of writing this review, the texture will be dry enough for me to paint in a few hours. I have no idea why I waited to have this repair done for so long. I should have called up April months ago. To sum up: Exceptional work done for a first-rate price, done in a short amount of time, and all parties involved were very professional.

Removed one wall of wallpaper. Repaired some areas of Sheetrock. Textured and painted master bath walls and painted ceiling. Removed big mirror and lighting. Installed new light fixture.

April was extremely professional and on time. Her assistant wasn't able to join her that day so it took longer than anticipated but April made sure the job was completed as requested. I would definitely use her again.

Had problems getting date set, finally agreed to 11/22/2013 # 0900 hrs. The never showed, called or emailed. I don't want to continue to "try" with this provider. I am requesting a refund as to contract with another contractor. I need to get this work done. Thanks

Everything turned out just fine. I was pleased with their services.

They came out a month ago and the service turned out very good. It was the first time that I used this service and they did a very wonderful job. I did pay them extra for additional service that they provided me.They were very thorough and they cleaned up really well. You didn't know that they were there when they're finished.

They fixed cracks, patched holes and quite a few other plaster issues. |These guys were great. Absolutely love them.

They said they would call to set up an appt and never called and took my money... I need that back by the way...

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They did a good job and they were quick. There was no hassle. They came a little bit earlier but they called to see if it would be okay. I didn't spend anything additional. They came a few days after I called them.

I bought a deal thru Angies List - "$111 for 3 Hours of Drywall/Plaster Repair, Caulking & More!". Over the phone and texting, I asked questions about the deal and we setup a day for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the crew arrived on time and worked without a break until the job was done. They finished the job in the 3 hours and I paid extra for the materials, which was discussed during the initial call. In addition to fixing the drywall, they nicely offered to install and paint the window molding (which damaged the wall when the window was replaced) - I applaud them for the thoughtfulness :)

It worked out well. There was a little bit of an additional cost but it was for the materials. They were very good. They were very prompt, on time and the work was done well. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything worked fine. I would use them in the future.
