A++++++. April is phenomenal. She has a top-notch team that works extremely hard and takes very few breaks. She met with me and wife and gave us great suggestions of paint colors from the Sherwin Williams color wheel. The job Miguel, Alex, and the guys did with our textured walls (hard to do cut in work) was amazing. Her quote was one of the best I received for painters using Sherwin Williams. In addition to the painting work, Levinson Construction installed crown molding to cover up a hideous wall paper border; installed 3 ceilings fans; and 2 chandeliers. All for a great price!!! Please NOTE: My home has high ceilings (20+ ft high in foyer and family room; 10ft high in all bedrooms. Therefore, your price may turn out better). April's advice and recommendations were so valuable and allowed us to make a decision based on various budget levels. She was responsive, professional, pleasant, and funny. Good stories about the "needy" clients that give out bad reviews on Angie's list and other sites. Very funny! I waited to complete this review, as I wanted to wait for her or her team to complete touch up work. Alex did a great job of taking care of the few touch-ups and open items. I highly recommend Levinson Construction. Do yourself a favor and least get a quote and consultation from this company.

Generally went pretty well. Some confusion around scheduling and in communications around bid and response. I think they were using a new automated system to communicate bids and receive responses - a few bugs in it, but we got past that with a few phone calls. Fairly easy to negotiate with to arrive at a better price. Work done professionally and within a reasonable amount of time - a few final tasks seemed to draw out a bit. After the fact, it has become clear that one room should have received two coats of paint to fully cover original color - I think they should have foreseen this need given painting is part of their business. They did keep and leave the work area very clean.

They provided sheet rock repairs where we had cracks. We have hired them again since for additional sheet rock repairs and painting. They are a good company to work with. They are professional and we were happy with their service.

Overall the work was acceptable. I do think the customer service aspect could definitely have used improvement. I inadvertently purchased two big deals and thought they might possibly honor them both since I had two distinct jobs to be done. April identified that this was clearly not an option because "they don't make any money on the big deals". They did complete the large job in a fairly reasonable and short time frame and again the work was done to an acceptable level.

Quality of work and value was good. We met with the contractor regarding a lot of drywall work that need to be done on a house that was being rehabbed. Received very good, honest advice on the extent of the work that needed to be done and how it should be prioritized. Had some difficulty getting work scheduled, but believe that was because all good contractors are busy.

The repairs were done quickly, very pleased with the work. Would recommend to others, and will use again if they want the job.

April Levinson is very conscientious and her painter was scrupulous with his work; both were punctual and pleasant and got the work done well and quickly.

April really helped is out on a very short notice when another contractor fell through. She was extremely nice, helpful and professional. Her crew did a great job painting trim, moulding and a guest bathroom. She stayed with them most of the day to check up in the work and progress. We would definitely use Levinson's again.

I called and emailed to set up an appointment, but never heard back. I ended up finding someone else. I don't have time to chase people down. $99 wasted.

It went very well. I told them what my issues were and they brought someone else in that could do the job quickly because I had a family emergency. They were very accommodating. They were very careful about being sure that they didn’t make a mess, and that they cleaned up after themselves. They called me immediately after I purchased the deal and they fit me right into their schedule and it was very quick.

The woman was not friendly at all. Would not use again.

Provider successfully patched up ~10 holes in walls and ceiling as stipulated by the $99 coupon terms. Matched textures beautifully. Prompt, courteous, etc.

It was a good experience with Levinson's Construction. They did an excellent job but they misrepresented Angie's List because the promotion stated that it was $99 for three hours sheet rock job including one sheet of sheet rock. When they got home, they got two workers instead of one and they would play the three ours into an hour and a half and I would have to pay for the sheet rock, the screw and the tape. It ended up being three times as much. The work was fine, there were two young Mexican guys that came and did the job and they did an excellent job; wonderful. The owner, Ms. Levinson came and they did good follow-up and supervised everything but she wouldn't budge. It was a very misleading offer. I think it's important for Angie's List to know that. They were professional, nice and efficient. Not only that, I had to wait and pay for the time for them to go get the sheet rock to Home Depot because they were supposed to bring the material and they didn't, they didn't have the proper vehicle. It was a very nice experience in terms of the finished product, it was excellent but it was very misleading. They were very efficient.

They were on time and finished on time. Did an excellent job or repairing some cracks above doors. They were neat and didn't leave a mess. I would certainly use them again for even larger job. Even got a follow up call to see if job was completed and I was satisfied.

Overall, polite, professional, and efficient. I would absolutely use them again come the need. Very reasonably priced work. I certainly got more than my monies worth.

Alex, the guy who did the drywall took much pride in his work. He made sure that the area was smoothed out. In the area that had a water spot, the owner zipped to Lowe's to buy a product to take care of the ring that was coming through the new drywalled area. He also used tape and an electric drill to make the area stable. I've NEVER seen that before :) I would definitely use them again.

I had to leave a voice mail message to let them know what kind of work I was needing done. No one ever bothered to respond.

Turned out my job took more time as there needed to be drying time and 2 trips. Overall the job looks great and I think the price was very fair. I would definitely hire them again.
