April was very responsive. She sent someone over the same day, who was very hard working. They repaired the sheetrock and painted the holes, and matched the color and texture perfectly.

They never performed the service. I asked for my money back and I've gotten the run around. I don't even have the credit card I used at the time. I want my money back.

They did a great job. You cannot tell that it was repaired. I plan to use them for additional services

April came out to our home to look at the work we needed done and before she left we had a complete estimate and proposal in hand. We subsequently accepted her bid and agreed with her on dates for the work to be performed. She was very willing and able to accommodate my wife's and my work schedules so that one of us could be home when the work was done. She estimated two full days to do the job. When the first work day arrived, her crew appeared promptly at 8:00 am and immediately covered all pathways through the house to the work areas with protective paper. The crew worked diligently to 5:00 pm both days, taking a 45 minute lunch break at noon. April came to the house both days to check on the status of the job. The members of her crew were polite and courteous at all times, and they were very careful and respectful of our home and the furnishings in the work areas. They completed the work on time as promised, and we are very pleased with the quality of their work.

It was very good. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the service they delivered.

It was a Big Deal purchase for 3 hours of drywall and plaster repair, caulking and more. I got them to do the job and I had to call them back to kind of do it because it was not finished properly. I wasn't very impressed with the outcome of the follow work. She didn't clean up after herself as good as I thought they should. For the basic job, I paid the $99 but I got her to do some additional work and I paid extra for that. There was no problem getting them to come out and get the job done and I had no complaints about that. I would not recommend them. I wouldn't consider them for another Big Deal, a quote or any work.

Excellent service. They were able to come the same day as called. They actually went a little over the allotted time for the special and did not charge for it. Very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

These folks impressed me. The work was done well and the onsite person that I dealt with (Jeff) was very courteous and professional.

I called and she was the only one that actually returned my call that same day. We spoke the next day and she came over to take a look and said they could start the same day.

Work was done as promised in a timely fashion. One of the crew members came back to paint the ceiling after the original spray had dried 4 days later and also applied texture to the garage repairs. I was very impressed with the work, professional behavior and attitude. April is very easy to work with and if she promises something, work will be done and will be of top notch quality. It is real easy to work with her and there was no haggling with her about anything. This is as good as it gets. We will certainly use her services for future painting needs.

April is not satisfied until you are satisfied. The crew was punctual and professional, and the work was well done.

Excellent job, can't say enough good things about April. April is very honest and reliable, and stands behind her work. We still have a few things to finish up, but the house looks like it is brand new. April's crew sprayed the all the moldings doors, and built in cabinets. They removed all the door hardware before painting and replaced them with new ones we provided. Same for all switch plates, and ceiling lights ( which we replaced with new), stair banister hardware. They removed all the bathroom light fixtures which we were replacing. They repaired cracks in the walls and ceilings ( some quite large), and matched up the swirled plaster that was existing before painting. they applied two coats of paint on the walls, even though the walls absorbed more paint then expected. . Her crew was very careful in preparing the areas to be a painted,especially when spraying. This was a large crew, but they were very respectful, and worked diligently and picked up all trash when done. I am very picky, but April's crew fully met my very high standards. April is sure to provide full customer satisfaction. April also help on some of the color selections, and finishes, and her input was very valuable. We plan on using her again, and would recommend her to anyone.

I contacted April who was recovering from the flu but felt up to coming out that same afternoon and was here within an hour or so. She gave me an estimate which ended up being the lowest price of three estimates. One of those was about $100 more and the other was about $800 more. I chose the one that was $100 more because the water damage was caused by a leaking pipe in the condo above mine and they were paying out of pocket and wanted to pay with a credit card, which Levinson does not accept. She was very professional and advised she would email me an estimate. After a couple of days I emailed April because I had not received the estimate and did not hear back. A couple of days later I called and spoke to her and she apologized advising she was using a new app for estimates so she did send it out right away. The reason I graded "price" a B is because the estimate included sales tax on the entire amount and the sales tax can only be applied to materials not labor. I am assuming the app automatically added this so had I proceeded with the work I am sure April would have only taxed the correct amount and not the total. Overall I was confident the job would have been completed to my satisfaction and would contact Levinson Construction again if I need this type of work done.

April was very helpful with paint choices. I explained what I wanted and the look I was going for and she gave me good guidance.

Had already started removing the wallpaper in a small bath (down to paper backing mostly the easy part to remove) and also had some wallpapered areas in kitchen to remove just on fur downs and two very small wall sections. Decided to purchase the deal and let Levinson's finish the removal in the bath and the areas in Kitchen and prep walls -repair and texture to make ready for paint. I am familiar with how to remove wallpaper having removed most of the wallpaper in my home myself. I saw the Angies Deal and decided to let someone else finish up what needed to be done . Two people showed up, believe one of them was the female owner of the company. She explained they would both be working so it would only be 2 hours - 2 people. I was fine with that because what was left in the bath and what needed to be done in kitchen was just not that much and should be accomplished with 2 people within the two hour period. It took longer than 2 hours. During the time they were there...the owner was on the phone most of the time. She was taking calls, making appointments, talking on the phone almost the entire time they were working. Sure she was working on removing the wallpaper some of that time, but not giving very much attention to it as she was constantly talking on the phone. Removing wallpaper one handed. Just didn't think they did a good job. After two hours were up, there certainly was no time remaining to texture or do a good prep for paint. Surface was not cleaned very well after removal. I had to do additional prep on my own before painting. She did give me a bid on painting and repairing some drywall in my laundry room and painting the kitchen and bath areas. Decided not to hire them for this work given my experience with them that day. If deal is for two people working for two hours or one person for four hours - attention should be focused on getting the work done well during that period. Not on taking phone calls, setting up other appointments, etc. Really I felt I received the work of one individual for 2 hours.

They were easy to work with. They had no issues with completing the other work I wanted done. They were priced reasonable. They did a fine job and I have referred to others.

There was a mix up in communication. The provider thought they replied to me but did not. I was to hear back from the provider today but I have not so I need to move on.

The service went just fine. They did some drywall repair for us. I really liked that the staff spoke English and there were no issues with communication. Two technicians came out for the service. They were very helpful, nice and great with the cleanup afterwards. I and no issues with schedule and I would use them again.

One day we noticed the air conditioning was not working. The heat in the house was registering 84 and climbing. Our air conditioning unit is in the attic. My husband went to the attic thinking how much is this going to cost to fix the air conditioner, but it turned out the plug was loose. On the way back my husband misstepped and his foot did not quite go through the floor but it created a big crack with a hole in the hall ceiling below. Thanks to Angie's List we found Levinsons Construction. Albert and Alejandro were very punctual, got right to work, very professional, respectful. The work was actually completed in less than 3 hours. They covered everything around the area they worked with a plastic tarp and tidied up afterwards. The owner, April stopped by to make sure I was happy with the work being done and she noticed a small hole under the counter that I never noticed before. Alejandro was able to fix that too. After Albert and Alejandro completed the work they walked me through so that I could see the work done, everything was explained on how it was done. They could not paint because drywall needs to dry well for at least 24 hours before it can be painted, but that's not a problem. They could use a hot dryer and then paint, but it really wasn't necessary. The important job was done. Painting is not a big deal, my husband and I can do that. Levinsons Construction does quality work that is guaranteed. I highly recommend them. I am very impressed. No matter how small the job its high quality custom work. It's obvious with the quality of their work, Albert and Alejandro take pride in the work they do.

Great! They had coupons so I decided to use them. They were really really nice and professional. It was a really good experience. The work was great, it was the scheduling piece that was really hard.

I was very pleased with how things went. I initially got the 3 "man" hours for $175 special, which ends up only being 1.5 hours if two guys are working (which is fine). However, the amount of the work was much more than the time allotted, so the crew stayed on for an additional two hours. The two guys who showed up were very friendly and professional. Even though they were being paid hourly, they worked fast and efficiently. They focused on the big work (big holes and ceiling holes) because I told them I could take care of the small stuff. But as they went, if they saw minor issues that they could patch within a few seconds, they would just quickly take care of it. The quality of the work is great. They matched the texture on my walls, and ceilings fairly well. You can't even tell there were holes, or repair work done! A nice touch was that towards the end of the job, April showed up to see how things were going, and to ask if I was happy with how the job was going. The one complaint I have is that I think the price was a little high. I payed $100/hr for two electricians to rewire most of my house, and I paid $95/hr for two drywallers to do patch work. Doesn't seem right to me. But the quality of the work was good, so in the end it was worth it.

This is the second time we've used Levinson's Construction. April is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always does amazing work. They have painted all the rooms in our house and installed crown molding throughout. The finished product is always great and we will use her again if new projects come up.
