 + -1 moreI arranged for a move Friday afternoon with Hector at Ken's Movers. He told me they would be at the starting location between Noon and 2pm and he would call when they were on their way. When I did not hear anything at 2pm, I called. And I called. And I called. I sent an email. All I requested was that he would let me know he was not going to show up so I could make other arrangements. Nothing. Today (Saturday), I have still heard nothing. Research (that I should have done before, I know) shows that although they claim to be a BBB member on their website; they are not. Additionally, they do not have the proper license from the Texas Department of Transportation. (See each organization's website for verification.)
Description of Work: They didn't even perform the services. See below.
