They measured the level of the house in all the different rooms and found that the variations were within acceptable limits and that no repair work was warranted at this time. There was no cost for the inspection and I have the report in my records for future needs. They were on time, worked efficiently and had professional demeanor.

We contacted Jericho Foundation after signing a contract on a 35-year old home we are buying and explained that we were under a 10-day option period. They were very courteous on the phone, attentive to our time frame and scheduled an inspection within a few days. Kevin Kettle, the inspector with Jericho Foundation, arrived on time and spent about an hour making a thorough external and internal review of the home. He used his computer leveling device in measuring the foundation levels throughout the home. Kevin drew up a diagram of the house with all of the particular measurements and then explained in detail to us what it all meant. He even took the time to walk through the house with us at the end of his inspection to explain what he had found. Overall, there were certain level deviations in the foundation, but Kevin said they were acceptable and did not recommend any foundation repair. The next day after the inspection I received an email with a letter from Jericho stating that he had inspected the home and no foundation repair is necessary. I was very impressed by the honesty, integrity and professionalism of Kevin Kettle in inspecting the foundation on our potential home purchase. He was very courteous and patiently answered all of our questions. We previously met Kevin a couple of years ago on another house he inspected for us, where he did an equally fine job as well. Kevin is truly a fine representative for Jericho Foundation. There was no charge for the foundation inspection. I would rate Jericho Foundation as excellent and highly recommend them to anyone without reservation in performing foundation inspections.

They did a super job. They really are very good. I would recommend them. They did a good job. It was good. We had one problem, one pipe was broken but they came in and fixed that and everything else. We had no problem with them at all. They did a very good job. The workers were good. The people were nice. It was a complicated job because there were six houses they had to raise at the same time. They did a good job.

The Jericho Crew arrived around 930 am and began working right away. By 4pm they were finished and my home was back to being level. Most of the cracks returned back to normal and the doors opened with ease once again. The Jericho Crew Repaired the concrete that was damaged due to location of 2 pilings. My yard and home was left in a better condition then when they arrived. I hope to not have a need for foundation repair in the future, however should I need it - I will be calling Jericho again.

Company was very professional. They quickly sent someone who came on time and knew what he was doing. They could have sold us services, but instead gave an honest opinion that no work was needed.

They were very helpful with explanations about what the process would be and what to expect. They were quick in the estimation process and very professional. Ultimately I chose another company because their estimate came in lower but in the end I spent almost exactly what their estimate was.
