It began with  him being 15 minutes late for the appointment and not calling. I told him that there were some sprinkler heads that needed adjusting and some that spray on the concrete. I asked if I should do it with him to which he said no. So, I trusted he would be the job well. I wish I would have watched him now.
In 15 minutes time, he was ringing my doorbell and said he was done and that all was good. I thought it was strange that he could be completely done checking six zones and adjusting where need be in 15 minutes time. I asked him if he checked all of them and adjusted where need be and he said yes. He gave me the invoice and I paid it and he left. The next day, I went out and ran each zone to make sure all what OK and found that he didn't do a very good job.
When a customer asks a sprinkler company for the service I requested, the expectation is that all sprinkler heads are spraying in the most efficient manner and not wasting water spraying on the house or on the concrete. I would say about one third of the sprinkler heads are either: not spraying well, meaning when they pop up, they do not spray/reach the full section they should be; spraying onto concrete and therefore wasting water; spraying onto my house or my fence, which will cause issues with my house later and wasting water as well.
I called twice to ask that he come back out and fix the issues, and that I was not happy, and I have not received a call back. Because of this unprofessional experience and feeling I was ripped off, I want others to know not to use this company. There is no reason you don't call back a customer. When you are paid in full, $50, to do a job, you should complete the job and dedicate more than 15 minutes to do so. I only use companies that come recommended, and my neighbor used them and said he was pleased, and they were also an Angies List member, so I thought for sure they were reputable. Not in my experience. They need to either come back and complete this job or they need to reimburse me my money.

I thought the price was too high but he did the work I asked for in a timely manner and I knew the price up front. I'm just very surprised that such a small job cost that much. Caveat Emptor!02

Very prompt, professional and respectful service. Came back out to correct an issue promptly when contacted. Price for the box was very reasonable compared to what I paid in another city.  I would use them again.

Sprinkler head replaced. Cracked value on sprinkler system replaced.

He was on time and work was performed quickly.

I bought a house and knew it had a leak in the sprinkler system somewhere. The previous owners were to have fixed this and while they sent someone out, it didn't take care of the problem. The leak wasn't serious, but I finally had someone come to look at it. $100 later and what I got was an opinion that it might be related to the pool...which I was almost certain could not be the case.

I found Neil on Angies List and called him out. He came that day, was very professional and appeared very knowledgable (though that is hard to judge as I don't know a great deal about sprinkler systems).

I thought his quote was high and wondered if he was coming up with more things than needed done, but I went along with it as I felt the savings on my water bill would recoup the cost over the long run.

Neil spent a couple of days as some of the valves were grown over by grass and it took a long time to find (large yard). In the end, I felt he spent much more time than I'm sure he expected and he never asked for more money.

I feel Neil is one of the best out there. He may not be the cheapest, but if you want to make sure things are diagnosed correctly and fixed properly, this is your guy.

Neil was on time and quickly identified the issues. He came back the next day and completed agreed repairs.

James showed up early; I explained my problem; he went to work; 10 minutes later he was finished and explained my issues to me.

Neil James has serviced our sprinkler system several times.  Results have been terrific and prices very reasonable!

He came out in the rain to do a sprinkler tune-up. I asked him to plug a known leak (he did). I asked him to increase the height of a riser, and he stuck a full head on top (not what I wanted).  After he left and it stopped raining I went back through to check out the system. There was a head that was broken off and he did not catch it....now I have to call someone else.

The service was average.

Neil was prompt and professional.   He arrived on time and quickly completed the inspection of our 10 zone irrigation system.   Once the inspection was completed, he reviewed his recommendations with me and we walked the yard so I could see his recommendations for each area that needed to be addressed.   Since Neil had all of the parts on his truck he was able to complete all of the changes and then demonstrate the changes within a 30 minute time period.    He also provided us with a proposal for replacing the current drip irrigation system and we agreed on time frame for completing the work.
Overall I was impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism demonstrated by Neil.   I would definitely use Neil and his company again.

This was a good transaction. James came out when he said he would and did what was agreed too and had the job done quickly.
I was happy with the work.

HE DID A GREAT JOB,  EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE.  HAD ALL PARTS ON HIS TRUCK.

Fixed my broken sprinkler which was damaged during the winter months due to freeze.
