Description of Work: My Rainbird controller had ER - - - - on the display, looked on the Intranet for the reason, said a Master valve might be out. Called and talked to Mike, he had me take a picture of the controller informed me I had no Master Controller, he had me unplug and remove the battery, replaced battery and plugged back in, fixed the Error. He could have come out and charged me a service call, would highly recommend his services

Description of Work: These folks ROCK! The office staff was pleasant and friendly. The service was performed within 24 hours of making contact and was promptly and correctly diagnosed & then corrected. Mostly it was my fault by cutting an irrigation electrical cable (well it looked just like a root!). So the leaky sprinklers were fixed/replaced and the system was tweaked. Thnx Lee-yall did great.

 + -1 moreCalled them in the morning and they came out by noon the same day. The service guy was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed and checked the system all in about 1.5 hours (did not charge for time driving for a part). The labor charge was $75/hr. Another contractor said 4 valved needed to be changed and wanted $100-150 for parts and $150-200 for labor. I am very glad I called Irrigation Design Services, and I really appreciate their expertise and honesty.
Description of Work: I had problems with my lawn sprinkler system. One zone would not water and another few sprinkler heads would not work. He found the zone valve had simply been turned off and made a simple adjustment with the other sprinkler heads. He did notice a leak and changed a valve in the manifold. He then checked the whole system. Everything works fine now.

 + -1 moreMicheal was very efficient, professional and courteous. He worked continuously for three hours (exactly the time required as stated in his estimate) with one employee. We were charged $75 per hour plus the cost of parts and no travel fee. His work was excellent and he was very thorough. It was pleasure to work with him and we will hire him again should our sprinkler system need repair in the future.
Description of Work: Located and fixed several leaks in our sprinkler system, which included replacing a valve and a sprinkler that had been overgrown by a tree, They checked all sprinkler heads and made adjustments where necessary to insure proper coverage of lawn and beds, replaced our controller, and instructed us on its use.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE EXCELLENT! I CALLED ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON, ARRANGED FOR THE REPAIR VISIT ON SATURDAY, AND BY 11:30 SATURDAY MORNING THEY WERE FINISHED AND GONE. I WAS PARTICULARLY IMPRESSED WITH THE TOOL (SOMETHING LIKE A SMALL METAL DETECTOR) THAT THEY USED TO FIND THE BURIED BREAK IN THE WIRE WITHOUT DIGGING UP THE WHOLE YARD (LIKE I WOULD PROBABLY HAVE DONE). THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, REASONABLY PRICED AND QUICKLY PROFESSIONAL. I DON'T HAVE A BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT THEM.
Description of Work: FOUND AND FIXED BREAK IN BURIED WIRE LEADING FROM THE LAWN SPRINKLER CONTROLLER BOX (IN OUR GARAGE) TO THE VALVE ON ONE CIRCUIT OF THE SYSTEM (BURIED ALONGSIDE THE HOUSE). ALSO FIXED A LEAK IN THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER.
