Michael and his team were very easy to work with and provided outstanding service. They completed the work on time and on budget. We are extremely pleased with the new sprinkler system and would absolutely recommend IDS.

The two-man crew showed up as scheduled, went right to work, and completed the job quickly and professionally. While a lower cost would always be nice, comparison told me that their rate was fair. ($250 for parts and labor; less 10% Angies List discount.) I will definitely call IDS the next time I need and sprinkler work done.

Michael and his associate did a great job. They had to recover from the mess that was left over by the home builder and were very thorough in their diagnosis and recovery effort. He was also very professional and managed to fit me into a weekend slot so I would not miss time at work.

I had them come out to check and adjust the sprinkler heads. There was one sprinkler head they had to replaced because it wasn't spraying correctly. There was alot of sprinkler heads that needed to be adjusted because they were to low in the ground and they dug them up and fixed them. They spray great now like they are suppose to. They were quick and the work they did is great. Thank you and I will use you again in the future.

I made an appointment a week in advance. Michael said he'd be here between 12 and 1. I stayed home from work to meet with him. After 1:00 I called twice, finally he called me at 3:00 and said he'd been very busy, might get to my house at 5:00 pm. I just don't consider that a good omen for future punctuality and concern for my time, so I decided to go with another company.

He was really good. They put in a secondary water line to my garage. The guy who owns it is the one who comes to oversee the work and he just knows what he is doing.

The owner and his nephew came out and removed a failed sprinkler valve, replaced several sprinkler heads, reburied several sprinkler heads, and adjusted several more. What would have taken me all day, they did in 2 hours and everything is working great several weeks later. The owner and nephew showed up exactly when they promised, fixed everything I asked, and even found several other issues. The cost for their service was very fair. I'm very happy with their work and will definitely use them again.

Michael and David came to see the work that needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable and competitive quote. He said they were in the middle of a very busy part of the year but would do everything they could to start in 2 weeks. Two weeks later, an amazing team of guys arrived, fixed a damaged line (from another contractor), rerouted the two lines around the new deck and installed 4 out of 5 zones in the yard - all on the first day! The next day, they finished the last zone and helped us adjust the pop-up and rotors for all the other zones we had. These guys went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely use them again in the future.

The job went well. The job was completed in 2 days. I have an 11 station valve and it is 30 years old and quit working 3 years ago. It was difficult to repair due to structural damage. They were able to locate enough of the old system to do the repairs and get the things back in working order. They did a real good job.

It went great, Michael and David were extremely knowledgeable and experienced and they spent quite a bit of time to make sure the system was working at its best. I would call them again if I have any more problems with my system. Overall their adjustments will also save me money on my water bill because the nozzles they replaced are spraying the water more efficiently.

I had some sod replaced and after, I noticed sections that stayed wet and a stream of water in the roadway gutter. They came out, inspected and explained what was causing the excessive water leaking, showed me the part and fixed it.

We had Irrigation Services out twice. The first visit, they replaced a valve that broke off and installed a new swing joint and fixed the leaks. We then had another leak which we had assumed was caused by the repairs done on the first visit. The owner came out the second time to check things out. He was extremely professional and patient taking time to explain the new leak was not in any way related to the first leak. He showed us what the problem was and went so far as to give us a discount even though his company was not responsible for the leak. He fixed that leak and we have not had a problem with any of the pipes since their last visit. We found their prices very competitive and really appreciated that the owner took so much time to educate us about the sprinkler system. We would definitely recommend them to everybody.

I knew one sprinkler was broken, and I asked them to relocate it to a slightly different location. While examining my system, they found another malfunctioning sprinkler and fixed it as well. They were finished with the whole job in under an hour. I am looking to hire them again if I need it. They did a good job.

We had some trouble with our sprinkler system that included a broken pop-up that was spewing water everywhere and some general decrease in the efficiency of the system. Irrigation Design Services came out to look and quickly isolated the problems. They came prepared to fix everything, which they did quickly and professionally. In addition, they set up a new timing schedule. They got everything working properly in a quick and professional manner at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use them for future system maintenance. Highly recommend.

I called Michael because I was not happy with the job. He was supposed to come out and go over system with me (1st. appointment). Someone called and said he was sick (2nd. appointment) and they needed a 3rd. By this time I was so upset because of having to change my appointments that I told him not to bother. I will NEVER use these guys again. This time very disappointed in them..

This is a very professional company. They gave us a free estimate and walked me through everything involved during the installation. They took care of having the gas and electric services mark their lines. (a big relief to me, because I didn't want to have to deal with that) The crew showed up on time. They dug the trenches, installed the pipes and replaced the dirt and grass. All without making a big mess! I was very impressed that Michael came out to check on his crew and introduce himself to us. After all the work was done they did a walk through showing us how awesome the system is and how to use the controls. The price was great and there was a $100 coupon from Angie's List! This is an A++++ company I would definitely use again. A very pleasant experience from start to finish!

I was impressed by their prompt responsiveness and outstanding professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. I was so impressed at how quickly Mike responded to my estimate request. He came out the first day of installation to go over the plans again with my husband just to make sure it was right then walked his crew through the installation before he left. They came with a large crew and all of them were very polite and professional through the entire install. The crew kept my yard clean and made sure to put my yard back the way it was after install as if they were never there. Mike came back after install while the crew waited to check everything out and to train me on how to use the control panel. He had them make some adjustments then they all left with smiles on their face. I was happy to see how the morale of the entire crew was so upbeat the entire time. They appear to be very happy with their work and job which makes the end product better in my opinion. Hope you pick this company because they are wonderful!
