Came when they said they would, Installed the system as promised at price stated. Coached us in it's use, especially what to do in the face of freezing weather. We did so and the system was not damaged by the weather. We've also been able to make adjustments to the watering program ourselves.

Michael was on time, fixed the original problem and performed preventive maintainance on the system to decrease the chance of the system being damaged in the future. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

They checked my 6-zone sprinkler system and explain it's the rain sensor that prevent the system from working.

|Everything went great. They also did an overall check of the rest of the sprinkler heads and the main box to make sure all was working well. |I was able to book an appt on the same day I called. I had to call to remind them about appt, but no worries, because I certainly appreciated that they were able to fix the same day.

They were completely professional and were terrific to work with.

Unbelievably smooth and quick, Michael came out and gave me an estimate and let me choose the lighting and they did the work within two days. I did not like one of the lights and he immediately changed it out with a new choice. It has been about 6 weeks since I had the work done and one of the sprinkler head strated to leak. I call Mike and he had someone out there to repair it the next day.. I don't think they are the lowest price, but if you look at the quality of the product and the superior service they are an excellent value.

Called Irrigation Design Services to get a quote for a new sprinkler system installation. Michael came out the next day to build a quote which was received the following day. After gathering several other prices, I settled on Irrigation Design Services both because of price, and by coincidence my neighbor used them and they came highly recommended by her (as well as Angie's List). Once I called and let them know I had chosen them for my installation, they started the process of having utilities marked and city approval. I was delighted to find out that they were starting work just five business days later. In two days, they had the whole thing installed and ready to go. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and I love my new sprinkler system!! No more dragging the water hose around the yard!!!

I called Michael and he was out the next morning with his workers to assess the situation. . John and David worked for several hours to locate the leak and replace the new back flow valve pipe which had rusted and cracked. The pipe had been leaking underground for a long time and they had to wait a couple of days for the area to dry out in order to make the repair. Michael, David and John returned on Thursday afternoon and worked until almost dark to complete the project. They were wonderful to work with and I will definitely be using them in the future.

The service was top notch! The drought took a toll on our yard these couple of years. We have 26 stations around our property and they inspected and fixed it in 2 hours. They were very professional and courteous. Needless to say we are very pleased! No wonder they are number 1 in this category in Angie's List!

We had another vendor (who advertises with Randy Lemon) out and they wanted $5,000 to put a french drain around the house to help get excess water away from the house. These guys showed up and started working on optimizing our irrigation system and made alternate, less expensive options to solve the problem...most of which we can do easily. I would highly recommend.

Lee, the serviceman, was on time. He gave me an hour window for the appointment and showed up during that time. He was extremely nice and had no problems answering my questions. He worked quickly and efficiently. The price seemed reasonable to me. On a side note - my yard has significant water build up on the side fence where a new home was recently constructed. I asked him if he wouldn't mind giving me his opinion and an estimate on the work that would need to be done to transform the wetland back into a yard. Now, I'm able to to the home builder and tell them, that I've had a professional come. Now they won't take advantage of me. I would absolutely recommend using this company and will give Lee a call again in the future when we require irrigation services.

We called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. A few days later, Lee came as scheduled. He looked our yard over and in no time had a written estimate for the job. He was a nice young man and explained everything completely. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We told him we wanted to get a couple more estimates. After thinking about it, we decided to go with Irrigation Design Services, because of their excellent reviews and the impression that Lee made on us.[we never got another estimate] The crew arrived early on the scheduled date and worked hard all day. They had the complete system installed and running before 5:00pm.This is a large yard![ 7 zones- front, back, sides of yard, and flower beds and shrubs. Excellent clean-up. We were impressed! Lee went over the controller operation with us and made sure all was well. A satisfied customer!

I live on a corner lot. I have moron neighbors who cut the corner sharply or for whatever reason like to drive on the edge of my lawn. This caused a couple heads to break. My irrigation system was initially installed by a less professional team. That team used PVC all the way. When Irrigation Design showed up to fix it, they recommended installing flexible rubber at the sprinkler connections. That way if they get run over, there is less potential for damage. I asked them to make it happen, and I have not had any problems. My yard looks good again :)

Michael came within an hour. He assessed the situation and quickly went to work. He attitude and professionalism were beyond what was expected. Unbelievable that he was able to fix my issue in less than an hour and the price was MUCH lower than what I expected to pay. This is the BEST!!!!

I called based on Angie's list reviews/rating. Primarily I was interested in getting the front yard system fixed as one section had not been working for a couple of weeks. Depending on the price I was also interested in adding a sprinkler in the backyard system. They guys were very professional and made an educated guess right off (that the valve was likely bad) based on my explanation of the situation . They ended up having to replace 2 valves due to the way my system was setup which admittedly was a little surprising. For the backyard they first tried a bigger head on one of my existing units to see if it would cover the area for me without adding another sprinkler. It seemed like a new sprinkler would cover the area better so I okayed the addition anyway. Overall I was very happy with their work and professionalism. My only minor gripes were that the price seemed much higher than I anticipated given ~2.5 hrs of labor (~@$85/hr) + parts coming to almost $500 without a coupon; and they originally said "we'll be there within the hour.. .and it actually took closer to 2 hours before they arrived. That's a bit nitpicky because they did come out the same day and within 2 hours of my initial phone call. My only suggestion would be maybe next time don't put such a tight window on yourself if you can't make it. Overall though I was very happy with the service and results and will use them in the future.

They identified the problem rapidly and fixed it taking care of re-routing a line that was closing in to a concrete pillar due to ground shift. Asked them to fix the irrigation system as well and they did a superb job explaining their work, the charges and options. I also asked them to provide a quote for an extension of my irrigation system which they provided the same day. The crew is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A+ for this service provider. Hire with confidence!

Outstanding, high quality work. Explained everything that needed to be done. They only made changes where it was necessary. I felt very comfortable with what he recommended. I plan to continue using them for annual maintenance.

I called and talked to Michael and set up an appointment. Michael was very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. I was given an acceptable date for the service call. The service man showed up on time, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He found the old timer box was not sending signals to the sprinkler heads any longer and needed to be replaced. Several main sprinklers were replaced and after testing the system, section by section, a number of smaller sprinkler heads were found that needed replacing also. The service man spent several hours testing all the lines, sections, heads and replacing the broken parts. He had everything in his truck and the job was completed that day. The system is about 15 years old so it was time to update things. He set the auto timer the way we asked him to and it is working like a charm. They made a frustrating issue work like a dream. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Their price was competitive. They showed up on time. They finished quickly and did a good job.

Michael and his crew were very professional and did a great job. The crew did an excellent job on putting in the system. They were on time each day and did a great job of cleanup after the system was put in. . I would recommend them to others.

David did a great job. He was punctual, communicative, efficient and effective. He knew exactly how to get our system where we wanted it and he did it all at a great price and with a smile. Will definitely use again and will refer to others.

Michael and his crew worked around my vacation schedule so that I could be home the week of the installation. Unfortunately it was a wet and damp week but, despite the rainy weather, they were able to install the system with minimal messes and with all of the city inspections completed within 3 days. We are very pleased with the system and wish we had this done years ago. My lawn has never looked better and the flower beds that I could never get to grow anything are now abundant with plants. I will have Michael install a new system in the back yard nexdt spring as well!
