Once they arrived the pipe repair was fast and efficient. They were polite and professional. On the day that we originally scheduled the repairman called saying would be late, and later that he wouldn't be able to make it in scheduled window of time. I had to go to work, so rescheduled the next morning and he was on-time then. My only complaint is that after I asked for an estimate on doing some additional work to add a zone to the system I was told that they'd send it to me later on, but they never did. If they didn't want to do the work they should have simply said so.

The company has a very prompt customer service and quickly did the follow up. The service guy came in pre scheduled time and he is very knowledgeable, answering your inquery while working. He worked with a helper and thoroughly inpescted our system. He found a few to be fixed and it depent on us whether we want to fix it or not. Since he was there and the fixing cost was very reasonable, we decided to let him do it. Overall, even they have the service cost per hour, we did think we spent our money very wisely. Now, I have this company in my thought every time sprinkler problem happens.

The work done was involved but it was done to exceed my satisfaction. Good Job!

The company is awesome! They came out in cold wet weather. From start to finish they restored full function of the system within an hour. Very pleased with their and work. Very instructive and efficient. Thanks!

Wow, these guys are very good. I called Monday at 11:00 AM and Mike had me scheduled for repairs Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Lee and his helper arrived promptly at 10:00 AM. After reviewing my needs, they started repairs and were finished in an hour. I had one swamp around my backflow loop and knew what the problem was there but had no idea what was causing the second swamp in another area of my yard. Lee did a very small amount of digging, found the leaking buried sprinkler head, and then identified the leaking pot valve by listening to all the can covers. While the new pipe fittings were setting on the backflow loop repair, they pumped out the valve pot and repaired the leaking valve in about 15 minutes. When that work was finishing up, I mentioned to Lee that there was a third problem and showed him the separated tubing under my magnolia tree. He let his helper finish the valve repair and he went on to fix problem #3. After both of these were done and the pipe repair glue set, they reopened water to the system and started checking each zone. When they got to zone 6, I remembered I had 2 sprinkler heads very close to my A/C pads that did nothing for the grass but could seriously damage my new A/C units. They then took care of plugging those 2 heads. To top it all off, I got a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member which saved me about 20 bucks. Absolutely excellent responsiveness, professionalism, and effective results. I will definitely use them again. Lee also gave me great information on how to make sure there is no damage at the back flow loop when we have a freeze threat. I almost forgot to mention, the guys did a beautiful job insulating the back flow loop after that pipe repair was completed - very good foam insulation and fully wrapped with black plastic waterproof tape. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of their effort.

I used this company last spring for a larger repair job and was pleased with their work. I broke a sprinkler pipe accidentally last week, used Angie's list to message. Received a prompt response and confirmation of ability to come to my home on Saturday. I was contacted by Mike, the owner, to confirm arrival.. as scheduled and on time. The work was done quickly and completely. Mike and his assistant (cannot recall his name) were professional, courteous and pleasant. I was offered the option of checking all the zones to be sure there was nothing else needed while they were there. My 10% coupon was honored even though this was a very small job. I will definitely use this company for future repair needs.

We were very pleased with the bid and installation process. Michael stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, was punctual and very dependable. He taught us how to use the system along with a dem. It has been too rainy to use it yet, but are looking forward to trying it out. We would definately recommend this company and would use them again.

Only did what had to be done and did it very well. Unlike others that try to "pad the work", Mike did ONLY WHAT WAS NECESSARY. Real professional service at reasonable cost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Irrigation Design Services was flexible with the date/time of the appointment, showed up on time, had a great attitude, and got the work. The only downside was the transparency in pricing their services. I will definitely use their services in the future and highly recommend them.

Lee was great. He called 30 minutes ahead of time to notify me he was on the way. He was extremely nice and professional and took his time assessing my entire sprinkler system. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Arrived promptly on time as promised. Worked quickly, finished job in one hour. Took time to explain how to turn winterize system and turn it back on later. Only concern is the invoice has for a flat $135 ($150 before Angie's List 10% coupon discount), with no itemization. But their labor rate is $85/hour (even for the 2 man crew), so while I paid $50 for a piece of PVC and tax, I decided I was OK with it.

They were on time, they were neat and everything is working well even after a hard rain! The price was a great discount.

They arrived on time. I told them about the problems that I knew about, a valve that would not close and a stuck popup head. They fixed these problems and then went through the system to find any other possible problems. Other problems were found and they offered practical and cost effective solutions. For example, on the zone that had the valve problem and had not been ran for some tine, a tree root had broken a connection to a head that served a small areaof the lawn. They determined that by capping the head connection and allowing a nearby flow bed head to spray into the yard, this small area could be covered and avoid trying to tackle the tree root at this time, which was OK by me. They were very courteous and did a good job of cleaning up the areas that required some digging.

Owner came out within 2 days of calling. We could not water for more than a week during a warm spell. He found our sensor had been cut. We chose to disconnect it. He checked our sprinklers and adjusted and replaced parts. We would definitely recommend him.

Lee arrived on time and he and his partner promptly checked each of my zones. They repaired each problem sprinkler head, raised those that had dropped below grass level, and moved one of the heads that had become blocked by new pavement stone - all in less than one hour. On 8/15/14, Lee returned to adjust the heads in the back lawn to cover better a portion of the lawn that was still a bit dry, although it was much healthier due to their first visit. Irrigation Design Services has a friendly and courteous team of irrigation service professionals, and I will certainly call them for my next sprinkler check-up.

I was not aware of the $85 per hour cost of his services. By the time I got the price, the repair was already finished by his assistant (repairs took about 10 minutes). This was initially an appointment to get what I thought was a free estimate on another problem and it changed from free to $85 an hour without being clear on how he worked. It is professional to communicate the complete cost to the customer at the time a repair is offered and to be sure to have agreement on the cost before a repair is begun. I was taken advantage of and I should not have agreed to pay him (which I did after he dropped his price from $165 to $105).

Michael and Jon came out for the work. My system had not been inspected in over 5 years and had several zones either not working or without adequate pressure. They were able to fully fix every issue, and spent about 5 hours on site repairing everything, and optimizing zones without appropriate coverage. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had all the right tools to get the job done. I was walked through every invoice item in detail and also used the coupon for a discount. Overall very happy and would use them again.

The guys were very professional they did an outstanding job at a fair price and I highly would recommend these guys for anyone that needs any sprinkler system services.

I selected Irrigation Design Services because of the number and quality of recent reviews. Michael responded to my Angie's List message within 2 days. He said he could get a technician out that afternoon or the next. In fact, he called and said the previous job had finished early and he could get the tech here even sooner. He told me the techs name and how long it would be before they got here. They arrived right on time, assessed the problem, got right to work. They dug a hole, located and repaired the leak and filled the hole back in beautifully. They checked out the whole system and replaced only the heads that were malfunctioning. They were expedient, professional and extremely personable. The work was done well at reasonable price and they did not try to sell us any extra services. We are extremely pleased and will use them again.

I called and that came that day. So friendly and helpful. Verified that i did not have a leak, but the spinkler timer was misset. Reset the complicated sprinkler timer.

The overall job went very well. The company (Michael Carrizales) was very responsive to my phone message and called back in very short order. The company came out as scheduled, on-time and provided me with an estimate. At that time, they were willing to complete job - very helpful since during the summer you want your sprinkler system working! As it was late in the day on Friday and there was additional repairs identified, they had to complete the work the following day. The timing was fine with me and I was pleased it would not be put off until the following week as I was traveling out of town.
