+ -1 moreI hired Impack Movers (Movers) thru U-Haul's Movers Advantage Program. During the move on May 27, Mover damaged my Linn Sondek turntable. “TC” (owner) acknowledged damage but is refusing to pay for it. He initially tried placing blame on me through ridiculous accusations (which I have debunked) and is now placing blame on his insurance company. TC claims that it’s not his fault because “his insurance company will not pay for it”. His “insurance company” never contacted me. Anyone who has delt with an insurance company knows that contact is always the first step in any claims process. Thought I was safe hiring a respectable mover through U-haul, who is not doing anything about this (never hire through u-haul). Stay away from this mover.
