 + -1 moreI called several different companies to come clean out my dryer vent. This was the only company I spoke with who could get to my house the same day, so I took a leap of faith to have them come. First off communication was not so great do to thick accent. What I thought was going to be about a $100 charge based on what they advertise ended up being around $340. I know when they quoted me the ridiculous price of $340 I could have said, no way, but it was the end of the day and my dryer vent smelled as though something had died in it. The vent is now clean and they did a decent job as far as that is concerned. I just definitely feel as though there was some price gouging. Would not use them again due to that and would not recommend them for that same reason.
