Curtis provided us with in-depth information about our options in the gutter protection industry. He was fair and objective, and a pleasure to deal with. We had almost 300 linear feet of gutters to address, and after many years of cleaning gutters and replacing fascia board due to water damage, we decided installing gutter protection was a useful investment. Our installer, Mike, was professional, efficient, and communicated well with us over the two day project. The system is in place, with all gutters rebalanced and set up to do the job they are supposed to do, with protection from leaves, roof grit, and other debris. We would highly recommend HomeCraft based on our experience with the company and product.

Salesmen arrived on time and gave a good presentation. Set up installation of gutter covers for the next business day. Installers showed a few hours late, due to no fault of their own (car accident). Byron and his brother stayed until the job was done, almost at sundown. They even replaced some gutter parts that had rusted out after I went to buy them. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Salesman Curtis was quick to respond when the installers didn't show up on time.. A little pricey but seems to be worth it.

I had no gutters on my home and was experiencing water damage to the porch and an exterior door. Made an appointment for an estimate and met with Curtis. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. While his demonstrations were informative, they were also a little unbelievable when first observed. He allowed me to alter the water flow from a kitchen faucet to a sprayer on low volume which better represented rain flow and the product still worked as designed. An agreement was met and an installation date was set. The quality of work would have been much higher, except the original installation crew cut too many corners and when checking their work, they didn't follow the contract on number of brackets installed. I called Curtis who put me in touch with Jeremy (Install Manager) who immediately spoke to the crew. It was late in the day and with rain in the near forecast, they were allowed to finish and a date was set to fix all the issues. Jeremy and Curtis definitely wanted me to be pleased and did all they could do to my satisfaction without question. All issues were corrected by another contractor quickly and in a timely manner. Thus excellent on customer satisfaction. While HomeCraft products seems to be pricey, I had estimate done from another company (Not Gutter Guard) and the price was higher than HomeCraft. When I asked about using heavier gauge gutters, the price increased to about $300.00 more than HomeCraft. To me the added cost and benefit of heavier gauge gutters and the Leaf Blaster Protection System was worth the cost. I will certainly recommend HomeCraft to anyone!!!!

Great product and work seems good so far. But the cost was terribly high, just hoping that we get our money's worth. Still only one week onto it, but seems good so far

The installer Marshall had to travel a long distance to get here and got here a little later but stayed here late until the sun was going down and finished the job. He was very conscientious and paid attention to detail. Took pictures of the entire process which he shared with us so we could see the before and after. This enabled us to know exactly what he had done great tool and first time we have had this as part of the project. Something all contractors should do. It also protects them and documents the work they did. He did an excellent job. The only down side was the cost of the product but you get what you pay for. We had researched and considered others but this seem the best quality.

UPDATED - Jeremy reached out and they have addressed my concerns and issues. Hopefully this takes care of it. Appreicate the quick response. I had these gutter guards installed in November and am not super pleased with them. Where I have a mitred corner in the roof the water just runs right off the roof onto the ground. There are a couple other areas where if even the littlest amount of debris collects the water runs right off. Also, I have sent atleast 4 emails requesting a call about my issues and have not heard a word. They sure were quick to respond when I was interested but nothing when there is an issue. A lot of money for a product that does not do what was promised.
