HECTOR TEJEDA

Hector and a helper came the day after I called. He told me it 2ould coust $200, including carpet, to redo the stairwell. I accepted his offer, he went to his shop and got the industrial carpet I wanted for this particular area. They immediately came back, tore up the old carpet, and put in the new carpet. The job is solid and nice looking. Hector speaks limited English, but has an interpreter at home who will help. I didn't have a problem communicating with him, however.

Hector took my call right away and came by to give an estimate to patch my carpet. His prices were very reasonable, and he was able to explain how he could patch the spots and it would blend in with the existing carpet. The carpet repair was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on and Hector and his crew showed up on time. He worked the grain in the right direction and when he finished patching the carpet, I couldn't tell where it had been patched. He cleaned up any mess and he did a beautiful job.
