Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and roof; cleaned valleys; checked and cleared downspouts; said he checked roof vents, jack and chimney cap. Problem was the guy arrived shortly before dusk so it was pitch dark when he left and not sure he could see to do all the checking. Was also unable to check a pitch problem because of the dark.

Description of Work: Would have given A but communication between estimator and service people was incomplete. Took two trips to do job. However, everyone was courteous and the work seems to be excellent. The work was for gutter cleaning and repair. Haven't had a heavy rain since work was completed but it looks god.
