Berger is a very competent company. I contacted the owner and he sent Josh back out to my home to check the gutters. The gutters they installed last year were not handling the volumn of water coming off the roof. They replaced the gutters with a larger one and there were no questions unanswered. This company is very accomodating to the customer and I would highly recommend them. Time between the contact and service completed was less than a week and that is pretty efficient.

I am so pleased with Berger Home Services! I had a problem with a gutter that was sagging and pulling away from the roofline. I called a couple places but no one called me back. Berger Home Services had a "live" person answer the phone and they were over THE SAME day to look at what needed to be done. They then scheduled a time to come repair the problem-the VERY NEXT DAY. Wow. Josh was thorough, polite and professional, explaining the process of what he did -- he even cleaned out a long section of gutter for us. I HIGHLY recommend Berger Home Services!

The best part of this service is that i wasn't home for the service. The provider came out and performed the service with minimal instruction. I showed up from the office and he was minutes from completing the job. He explained what he did and why. The next day we had a big storm roll through and i can see the difference immediately.

The son of the owner came to the house. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Having had gutters installed on a previous residence, I knew they were offering a superior product and installation. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and cleaned up well afterwards. I would use them again, and I would recommend them to friends and family. It has been 3-4 months so I don't recall the exact amount paid. I know I could have had gutters installed for less but you get what you pay for. I was more than willing to pay for a superior product.

It went good. I have no idea on the price, my wife took care of all that. They came out in a fairly timely fashion despite the fact that they were already fully booked through the rest of the year.

Berger Home Services was responsive and punctual with both the estimate and the delivery of services. They were extremely flexible working with my busy schedule. Their prices were also very competitive. Excellent company for gutters. I highly recommend them.

Josh, called back quickly and came out and gave me a quote and options. We discussed the water that was standing in one area and he came up with a plan. The job was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the results. I had a problem with one area and he came out and solved the problem the next day after I called. They are very nice to deal with and very responsive to your needs. I would definitely use them again. I did get another bid and the price was almost double. And the man that came out was demeaning and very rude. I am a seniior citizen and a lady.

Fast, professional quality work. The only thing that I would change is that the initial meeting with the estimator (I assume that's what he was). He kept telling me that I didn't need gutters here or there in an effort to save me some money, but I wasn't concerned about the money, I was concerned about the effectiveness of the new gutters. As a result, I am going to need to have them come out and do some additional work because we truly did need some of the gutters that he said we didn't. Additionally, I never received an itemized invoice of materials, labor, etc. All I got was a bill for the total cost of service. So, I don't know if the work that I had done was really comparable to other companies.

They said they would come by later in the week, called when en route, did the work with no one home, and put an invoice in the mail. Perfect interaction.

The gutter work was done correctly - efficiently and at a reasonable price. Their sub-contractor for wood repair at soffit & facia I feel overcharged me (paid him separately) by $200.00-300.00 after seeing what he actually did compared to what he said was required. For subcontractor, I would rate D for price & professionalism, B on the rest.

Berger is A plus. Josh came to my home for an extimate, on time, and explained what needed to be done. I called him to do the gutter replacement and he was there with a crew early. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and was very helpful in explaining the job. I would definitely use the company again and would recommend to anyone who needs gutter replacement or cleaning. I had a minor problem with a leak and they were there immediately to repair the leak. Great service.

I was referred by a friend to Berger Home Services who had previously used their services. They came highly recommended. I called and Josh came out the next day to look at the job for me. I was surprised by the professionalism, he took the time to explain to me the details of what would be done and why it was being done. The price seemed good, so I gave him the go ahead. Two days later he was there with is crew, as scheduled, right on time. Everyone was very friendly and the work was done within 2 hours. I came outside and it was like they were never there, they did not leave a trace on the grounds. The gutters are great, in fact they look so good I'm considering having them replaced around my entire house. Everyone I worked with, Josh and the other gentlemen were all so professional and kind. I'll definitely call them again if I decide to go ahead with the gutter installation around the house!
