It went very quickly and I'm extremely pleased.

Water had begun to leak along the roof edge on the north side of our house during wet weather. A roofing contractor inspected the roof, found it in good condition, and recommended a gutter check. We then contacted Berger Home Services, who lived up to all their great reviews on Angie's list from the initial phone call right through completion of the work. On David's initial visit, his first thought was that the gutters needed cleaning. However, when the crew cleaned the gutters, they found that the fascia board was loose, pulling away from the house, and run-off from the roof was dripping from behind that loose fascia. Luckily, the board material was fine, it just needed to be re-attached with proper screws. Once that was done there were no more leaks. We were very pleased with the entire process. Don and his co-worker, Hunter, who performed the actual work, get high marks for their great attitude and ideas for the solution. I suggest asking for these guys by name.

I bought a big deal for $149 for gutter and downspout cleaning. It only covered up to a certain amount of feet of gutter and downspout, so we had to pay about $50 extra, but that seemed reasonable to me. They came by once to measure and provide the estimate, and then they scheduled a time about a week later to do the work. They called me that day to tell me they were going to have to cancel, but rescheduled me to the following week. Since I didn't have to be home for them to do the work, the schedule change wasn't inconvenient. They did a great job, and the gutter we thought was going to have to be repaired/replaced was just clogged, so all is working well now. Overall, their prices are reasonable and I trust the work they did. I would hire them again.

Hunter arrived on time and was extremely efficient in conducting his task. He did a superb job of repairing the two sagging gutter areas that he noticed. He asked if he could merely deposit the mud buildup from the gutter into the garden, which I said was okay. He even replaced a couple of missing gutter fasteners that I had not noticed. With the impending thunderstorms approaching he would diligently to finish in a timely manner. He even identified and removed two hornet nests that were on the side of the house. An excellent job, performed in a timely manner, by a professional.

It went wonderful. They came when they said they would and did the job as requested. They communicated well about the scope of work. Would recommend to anyone that needs their gutters evaluated for repair or replacement.

After receiving three estimates, we chose Berger Home Services because they had the best price and very good reviews on several web sites. They're also a family-owned business and offer an Angie's List discount, which we appreciated. The crew arrived within the scheduled time-frame and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Although the clean-up could have been a bit better, the company did haul-off all of the old gutters/downspouts.

They were a little slow at first getting back to me with an estimate, but once I agreed to have them install the gutter, they came quickly and did a good job.

Work was very professionally done in a timely manner. The technicians arrived at my residence, conducted the replacement assessment with diagram and scheduled the work to be conducted in a expedient manner. I am very pleased with the work performed and would recommend Berger Home Services highly.

Nice guys came out and did good fast work. Spent an hour going around the house and cleaned a garbage bag worth of leaves and debris from gutters and left no mess. They even got one gutter edge back in alignment. I recommend them and would use again.

We purchased a special from Angie's List and would absolutely use Berger in the future. They showed up on time and were extremelyprofessional. We have old oak trees so the gutters and roof were an absolute mess but they left everything spotless and were a great value for the effort.... they even worked to accommodate us on a day that I don't think was best for them, but thanks very much for the customer service adjustment and we will use them in the future!

Gutter installed without me having to be there. Looks great--now we just need some rain to test it! I will use them again but I wish they would have been more clear about payment. I didn't understand that they weren't planning to send an invoice, so I had to be prompted to make a payment. Even after I paid, I got emails demanding payment. That wasn't such a great experience, but like I said, I would use them again now that I know the protocol.

They are A plus. They didn't only fix my gutter but I was leaving town and we didn't know if we, for sure, resolved a flooding at the backyard we had but they even came and voluntarily checked it while I was gone. They came a couple of times to follow up in person. I'm still using them.

The day the appointment was scheduled for the free estimate, their representative confirmed the date and time of the meeting. He was well prepared with a brochure of the gutters, different options, and a copy of their insurance coverage. He was very professional and polite, and offered different suggestions for the size/routing of the gutters. He even had a color suggestion of the gutters that he thought would coordinate with the colors of my house, which I ended up using and am very happy with. Once I decided to purchase the gutters, they set up an appointment within the next couple of days. I was unable to be there during the installation, but I arrived home and everything had been installed and looked good. One problem I had was that I had also bought gutter screens. A couple of weeks after the installation and after a heavy rain, I noticed a lot of debris that had come out of the downspout. I got my ladder out and climbed up to inspect the gutters and discovered that I had no gutter screens. I called Berger and told them of the problem. They apologized for the error, and had a crew come the next day to install the gutter screening.

They were very prompt in providing the estimate. Courteous, helpful and offered great suggestions. We later called to schedule the work. They were very prompt and professional. Work was completed in a timely fashion, professional and met our expectations. We would definitely recommend!

Everything went well. They showed up on time, did the work they said they would do, cleaned up afterward and were done. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Good work!

I met with David a week in advance to get a quote. He drew up a diagram and explained everything to me including the size color and screen options. He was very helpful and seemed to really care that it was done right. The job was completed in a few hours as expected and when it was done he made sure to let me know that if anything goes wrong they are happy to come out and fix it (10 yr. warranty on the gutters we got). Good experience.

The whole process went beautifully. We called for an estimate on a Monday and Mr. Berger came out the same day. He was very professional and we were happy with the estimate. We especially like that he provided a copy of his proof of insurance in the paperwork. By Friday afternoon the same week the project was done. Mr. Berger was onsite the entire time during installation. We have gotten rain since and everything is working properly. The new gutters look great. I couldn't have asked better. We would definitely use them again.

It could not have been a better experience. Mr. Berger called to schedule a time to show us the product and quote the job cost. He showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We spoke with 2 other companies, one was $1000 more and the other $2100 more! Mr Berger showed up with his crew, got the job done quickly He did a beautiful job, very professional and blends right in with the home. Highly recommend.

It went great. They were able to do the work where other companies could not, due to it being a three story exterior with minimal spacing between the other town-homes. They gave me a free estimate and then did it while I was at work, so it was handy to not have to be home.

Berger Home Services is an excellent company. Quick to return our call, to visit to make a bid and quick to install the gutters according to our availability. During the visit and bid process Josh offered suggestions on where to place gutters which solved a couple of water flow issues plus advised on the proper size of down spouts. Much appreciated advice. The installation took less than 3 hours; was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Gutters look great, work great and the Rhino Gutter Guard is exceptional at keeping out leaves and twigs. Wonderful! Can't say enough about how nice David is and the men replaced the gutter in about 10 minutes! The color matched the original exactly! David came out with them. Very punctual, professional and just to tell you how good David is as a person, he picked up my neighbors trash can which was blowing around in the street and put it up by his garage! I will use David again if I ever need gutters.The price includes a discount from Angie's List.
