The job was pure perfection not to mention the most personal, sincere and just plain AWESOME customer service I have ever experienced!!! I highly recommend them to anyone!!!

They were excellent, very good service. We did have to wait for the weather to cooperate, but as soon as they could they showed up promptly, did great work, and cleaned up quickly and cleaned up well.

When I contacted Berger Home Services to schedule an estimate, they were very prompt to send out someone from their team to give me their estimate. Vernon was very helpful and provided us with a detailed written estimate in a very impressive folder that gave more information, including proof of insurance and other information. This was helpful, since some of the gutter contractors only gave a verbal estimate. We are still waiting to do our project, but will keep this company in mind when we finally get started on our project.

They were very nice and courteous. I have no complaints at all. I recommend them to friends.

After the instal of the gutters, I saw that one slope on our roof was obviously crooked. There was also several pieces (scraps) of the metal gutters left laying in our back yard, that could have cut our child or pet if either one of them would have stepped on the sharp scraps. When I called to complain about the gutters and the sharp metal scraps left laying in the yard, they stated it would be approximately 5-10 business days before they could return. I was told that they were unable to match the slope because there wasn't a prefabricated cut to match the slope. They returned a week later and attempted to fix the problem. They attempted to fix the crooked gutter by bending one side of an adjacent gutter. The slope wasnt perfectly square; however, it was better than before. However, now the adjacent gutter was approximately 2 inches off and again its crooked. The second time they arrived, they didn't even let us know they were finished so we could look at the end result; they just left. The gutters were never fixed properly and the job was clearly poorly done. Very dissatisfied with the quality and their inability to correct the above issues.

This is the second time I've used Berger Home Services. They're friendly, professional, do good work, and are very good at communicating with their clients.

They did contact me within the two business as specified on Angie's List and we scheduled the appointment. They arrived on time and inspected my gutters and informed that they did not do repairs on my gutter system.

Cleared all my gutters, checked the roof. Arrived as promised and provided service as promised.

The installation was professional and on time. David made some good recommendations on placement, downspout sizes, etc. He also provided samples of all of the colors available.

They came and did an estimate then called me later to tell me that the work will cost more than the deal. Now I have received a bill for $118 stating they came while I was out of the country and did some work. I do not plan to pay the bill since I did not approve the work and do not know why they would come to my home when I was not there.

I purchased the deal from Angies List. I called Gutters by Berger Home Services and made an appointment for them to come and look at what I wanted to have done. I expected for a little bit to be added to the price, but to my suprise I didn't go over the alotted footage that was part of the package I bought. In fact I was pretty close to right on. They probably could have added on a few things but they didn't. I felt that they did everything they promised, and were a honest reputable company! They showed up on time, and they responded quickly to any questions I had! (We corresponded back and forth thru messaging on Angies List)... The guys that came out to do the job did a very good job, and were quite impressive as they finished my 2 story house effortlessly and faster than I thought it could be done!!! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors that need new gutters or replacement gutters!! Thank You for a job well done!!!

The cleaning was quick, and their 2-man team was courteous and careful. When my wife noticed a problem with one of the downspouts after they left, we called up Berger and the team was back the next day to make the overlooked repair. And the team went out of their way to find other issues they may have missed as well as cleaning out a french drain that wasn't part of the contract - all at no charge.

I was impressed with the company from first call to installation. The estimator explained the product and left a sample for us to look at after they left. The price was very reasonable compared to other systems. The installers arrived on time and did a very professional job of cleaning my gutters and downspouts of all debris. Then they installed the product on the gutters on the first and second floor of the house. I would recommend the company again.

Out of four contractors, Berger gave the best estimate. I am very happy with gutter guards I bought to protect from debris from the oak trees. He showed me the correct size gutters and they look really nice on the house. I like the bigger downspouts. He was professional and presented his product really nicely.

Equipment & Service seems OK Sales person -- GOOD - Helpful Workers -- one good - other no good -- also saying what he could not do -- finally the good one got the job done. Worker 2 needs some retraining or another employer.

The crew showed up on time. They were very professional. Everyone handled his job in a very precise manner. The 2200 feet of gutters, spouts, etc. took less than three hours to do. They were very mindful of my gardens, also. They didn't trample on anything. If I ever need them again, I would not hesitate to call them back. And I definitely will recommend them.

Berger Home Services is very customer service oriented. It is often hard to find a company that really strives to provide a service for a customer and makes SURE the customer is satisfied. They didn't even charge me until I inspected the work to make sure it was what I wanted. Great job!
