Description of Work: The painters were schedule to come out on the 25th in the AM and I was notified that the painters were going to be late so they rescheduled for the next day. Take note that the room(s) that was/were supposed to be painted were emptied and could not be used. I had already scheduled my day to be off and work from home to accommodate the painters schedule. We agreed under the circumstances that they could come the next day in the afternoon. I was not 100% happy with this but the rooms were cleared out and the work needed to be performed. The next day the painters called me from a different phone # that I did not recognize and left a message that they were at the home, this was before the time time I was told they would arrive. I called back very shortly and got no answer so I called the owners line and they said they didn't know where they were and they were not at my home because I was there. They located them and they had left to work another job. I was furious. I ended up having to paint the rooms myself on Friday and over the weekend. I missed work and time with my family all because the company wanted to put job commitment to the side. They never called me back to make right of the situation either. This must have been a one off situation for them, because no company could sustain to be in business like this. I hope they do a better job for others in there near future. I am okay with a refund. Thanks! John
